Me and my brother came in after work to get snacks, me and my brother are the only ones in the store other then a white customer that’s being attended by the cashier, I overhear the customer laughing and saying “Deny them then” to the cashier. and I thought it was alittle weird since me and my bro are the only ones there but I just minded my own business and continued to look at snacks to buy. The cashier starts to walk by me and my bro as we’re picking things out. Im used to cashiers staring since I’m young and Hispanic so it didn’t really bother me. What did bother me though is that when my brother went to pay, the cashier decides to comment on my brothers long hair.. she said “your hair, no good”.the whole experience was just super uncomfortable. And their gas prices are so high too lol. If your gas prices are the highest in town at least have good customer service or employees that aren’t racist for no reason.

I went there yesterday to dump $120 of gas in my truck. The sign by the road said $4.99 a gallon. I inserted my debit card and started pumping, glanced at the pump and it said I was being charged $5.09 a gallon!!! When the hell did a debit card change from not being the same as cash? Customer be aware! I will go out of my way to get gas and never go here again!

The staff working inside has no respect for customers, absolutely disgusting, a guy stood in front with a $100 and they were upset because he didn’t have change , and wanted to get physical with him because he didn’t have any other cash on him!! TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO HAVE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!

Pleasese take time to go to this Chevron location they have a Chester's Chicken inside and chicken is made fresh and hot and the young ladies that work back there are so sweet not to mention Dee who is one of the cashiers/ managers there and she is absolutely lovely!!!

I am a resident of Palm Beach Gardens for 19years and I visited this gas for the first time last week on my way to Christ Fellowship. There were two people behind the counter and as I was cashing out, my husband and I were having a conversation about how silly it is for the card reader to ask you if the amount is ok. Anyhow, the male cashier began to be very combative as if the card reader had something to do with him personally and that he was invited into my husband and mine's conversation. We just ignored the poor customer service and walked out, as I looked up I saw the male cashier flipping me two middle fingers through the glass. I walked back in and asked for the manager"s card and advised them that I would be contacting management to inform them of the behavior that occurs in gas station while they are not present. Both cashiers started to scream at me and repeatedly told me, to go ahead and call her,. That was another big indicator that they don"t respect their management or their management doesn't concern themselves with the disgusting representation of their business. As I was being verbally attacked by both cashiers the female cashier grabbed my wrist and pulled me off the floor, my husband grabbed me and pulled me away from her. The male cashier grabbed a cresent wrench and swung it at me. My husband called the police and we filed a report. We have also filed a civil suit and reported this establishment to the better business bureau. I have decided to be open in reporting this incident because I believe that this type of behavior is becoming more frequent than ever. There is a lot of hate going around and myself personally will not ignore it or support businesses that allow this type of behavior. Both employees are still working there after the incident. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. THERE ARE MANY NICE, PRIVATELY OWNED GAS STATIONS THAT ARE MANAGED WITH THEIR MORALS INTACT.

Oh America the land of the free! ... I had an incident this morning at this place where I was kick out of there for no reason but it's cool I was leaving without a fight. Its summer the grass grows faster watch out for snakes as the devil will try to bite. With that being said this ppl were not satisfied with me just leaving they flag down the cops when I was leaving so guess what I had to stay till they finished their "investigation" which end that being a training opportunity for a new cop who never talk to me to get my side of the story. Anyway they Ban me from that places only because the owner wanted which was in retaliation to get back at me cuz I filled a complained about him. He made it seen to the cops like I stole something when I was a buying customer. The other cop I dont knw his name but he was really nice which is funny cuz it felt like a good cop bad cop scenario he said to me "we live in Crazy times" when he realized he was flagged down to come get me for no reason n just wasted 30 minutes of his n my family time. He did apologize to my wife n kids who were in the car during all that argument the let after I was told to come back to store that kick me out for no real reason then to just tell me am Ban when I wasn't gonna come back anyways but this is America the land of the free you can do what you want even if it ain't right thank God everything went in way where I got to go home with my family. I was beyond mad cuz they didn't had to make this a circus where ppl just pass by you and look at you like I did something wrong. God knows he got me n we good but I will make you public for doing this to me in front of my family. 😤
