Reyna at the Florin and Freeport location in Sacramento was beyond helpful and fast. She is hilarious and has great customer service too. Pete is very nice and polite. He is very helpful and friendly too.

My experience with Extra storage has been the best storage facility ive ever experienced and trust me ive had my share of different storages And the woman that runs the Extra storage that im at she is Extra awesome. I believe her name is Reyna she might be a manager but any how thanks Reyna for your great service my life is alot less stressful because of you and your storage god bless and have many great days

I am very happy with my decision to select Extra Storage to store my belongings. Both times I called, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Their customer service is deserving of a five star rating. Reyna Torres was accomadating and went above and beyond what I woud otherwise expect. Fees are very reasonable and units are clean and tempatured controlled. Hours of operation are great.

I’ve had a great experience so far. The staff is extremely friendly, always eager to help and answer my questions. The property itself is very clean, and well lit at night. I have no worries in terms of safety or security. The staff seems like a great team and I highly recommend using this storage place.
