Did your employees were great the manager is a complete b word. Spent $30 Uber in there after calling and confirming reservation was ready for me once I arrived, the manager told me it wasn’t there, and it is completely my fault and call prior. Do not go do not recommend.

I needed a hitch and Sean was able to install it within 4 hours of my online request. He was friendly, efficient and professional. I only waited on hour for the installation! I recommend Sean if you need a hitch.

Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone i talked to was so pleasant, respectful and helpful. Impeccable communication. I needed a hitch in a hurry and they took time to make sure It got done quickly. Sean did an amazing job on my hitch and setting up some epic last-minute part finds. Thank y'all so much, I really appreciate all the outstanding effort!

Booked a reservation online, 2 weeks in advance to get a 9' cargo van. Show up the day of and they don't even keep 9' cargo vans at this location. Why would you even let me book that? Nothing wrong with the people working there, I'm sure it's all through corporate or online, but just frustrating. Lady was nice and obviously frustrated about it too. Had to call another location 15 miles in the opposite direction that had the 9' cargo van I booked. Wasted about an hour and a half of my time before having to travel across the state all day to move some furniture. Waiting on a $50 refund from Uhaul for not having my reservation available, but overall not worth the time I've wasted.

Awesome staff. Ronica was very pleasant and helpful. She even hooked my trailer up for me while I rattled off stale and absurd jokes. Excellent experience. Drop off was the same as pick up. Highly recommended location.
