To place an order to have a sub made up is horribly slow! Go to Subways it will get done fast! But shopping there is wonderful... but expensive.... forget the deli they are so slow

never had issues filling prescriptions at publix in bradenton or orlando, i moved here and all of a sudden the pharmacist is refusing to fill prescriptions i’ve been taking for years and making my life even more difficult. mind you the prescriptions aren’t even controlled substances.

This the absolute worst Publix to go to. A true name tarnish. Don’t bother ordering anything ahead of time it’s never ready. Everybody in the deli will look like a deer in headlights when you ask about your order.

This is the third time they miscounted my pills. I wonder if this is done to rip me off. Do not leave without counting your pills. They may be dishonest. I will make a complaint to the proper authorities and a investigation should be in order.

I was on this side of town so I stopped in for a sub. The wait wasn't horrible but the deli associate was. I had to repeat myself plenty of times and each time I did, she seemed like she took it personal. In fact my entire single sub order seemed to be TOO MUCH for her. I asked for my toppings on the side and some chipotle sauce on the side as well. Both times that she changed her course of action to package my toppings and the sauce she acted as if I asked her to do the most impossible thing. The whole time I'm in my head like 'But isn't this in your job description? She didn't thank me for my business when she was finished, but instead tossed my sub and toppings up and said next! Her name tag said Kemesia..terrible customer service but hey what do I know, I was just the customer. I won't be back to this location for a sub.

This is the worst Publix Pharmacy was placed on hold for 10 minutes then told to hold for another 5 minutes then told to hold again but this time the call was disconnected. I called back and no answer. Very poor customer service for a pharmacy. Very disappointed.
