Good customer service great coffee but they where out of alot of side items and donuts. Again customer service was so very apologetic about not having the items. I appreciated that, so very much Parking: Several parking spots along with drive through Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they accessibility no stair ground floor

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful. Coffee was burnt and bottom of the barrel. Didn’t have the flavors I wanted. Bagel was stale and hard as a rock. Pathetic!!! Do not go here!

This Dunkin is hands down the worst one in St. Petersburg!!! Unfortunately it is the only one close to my work. I literally have to check my coffee every time before leave to make sure They did not put any sweetener in it. Today they sweetened my coffee and when I told them There was sweetener in it they insisted they didn’t add sweetener.. B$&ch I can taste it!! These mf done ruined my day… Again!!! Somebody please get some good help in this store!!!!

I try this Dunkin every few months to see if the service has improved. It remains disorganized and underwhelming. They are usually out of items and perpetually running at the speed of drying paint. The wait times to order, drive to the window, and pay are extensive. Multiple staff members ask at the window for you to pay and they seem to hand whatever beverage looks right in the moment out the window. Staff morale is understandably low and results in some lackluster social interactions. In a half dozen visits, I've had my order correct once. Time to take the hint and stop going.

If can give 0 I will. Don’t even open by the time the service terrible. They don’t care about the customers even to communicate why the minimum service isn’t ok. With the price of the gas you should be sure that your stores are open by the time. Don’t make people drive around and lost time.

Appreciate getting my jelly donut slapped with force into my Boston crème donut so they create a sticky mess and then waiting 15 minutes for a coffee. Takes skill to mess simple orders like this up.

I’m giving it 4 stars even though the new staff deserve 5! I used to avoid this Dunkin at all costs. For the past two years the employees were rude, unprofessional, and honestly I was concerned some of them would do something to peoples food. But for some reason about 3 weeks ago I decided to go there and see what’s changed. The last two times I came here (both at night) I was served by someone who was literally the only one there. I always go to Dunkin’ for one thing and one thing only! The cappuccino blast! It’s my favorite drink on earth! Usually when I came here no one wanted to make it. The excuses for their unwillingness to make it ranged from “we don’t have the mix, we don’t have vanilla ice scream, et etc.” one day I walked in and saw the vanilla ice scream and asked why they lied and someone got confrontational with me. But Back to these last two experiences; Ashley worked one night and she was so pleasant! I hope she is still there considering it was only her first week and she was practically the only one there! And tonight Jeston served me my blast. He kept apologizing for the wait: I noticed he was the only one doing drive thru and the walk ins. That is so messed up, I noticed it, he never offered that information. He didn’t make one excuse! He served me and my daughter with a smile and it didn’t even take longer than normal. He was feeling guilty and overwhelmed and I honestly hope you (THE OWNERS) have compensated him for his exhausting work. He was so sweet! And the blast was delicious. Thank you to both of them. That’s all. That’s my review. I will be calling tomorrow to make sure they are both recognized for their exceptional customer service. I know times are hard and there’s many people out here not wanting to work but the clientele is still there and the ones who are working deserve a raise and appreciation!!!! The ones who used to work here (with a full staff) were disgusting, slow, and fought with each other behind the counter. I hope the owners are thankful for the employees they have.

Horrible. It’s always something when I go to this location. Either they are out of something or they serve me not well prepared food. This recent time I was given completely burnt toast for my Avocado Toast. It is evident the employees do not care .

Every time I order any food from this place for breakfast it is always horrible. Before I’ve ordered sourdough with egg and bacon they never toasted the bread so it was like chewing into a tough brick of bread. It was horrible. This time I order a bagel with cream cheese you would expect them to actually put cream cheese on it and not just put like the smallest amount. I can’t even taste it on the bagel. How disappointed. It’s definitely not like the picture they display. Just avoid breakfast at all costs!!! Don’t do it. Drinks have always been good that’s why I give 2 stars. Don’t offer food if you don’t take the time to do it right!

I tried the new Dunkin Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich today. Big mistake! This thing was NOT what I expected. The photos imply the bread will be toasted, but it was chewy and rubbery like it came straight out of the freezer into the microwave. The eggs were definitely liquid...and that so called bacon. It was wimpy, no crispness and didn't have a good flavor. It was just there..like background noise. I tried the new sandwich, didn't like it, but I will be back to Dunkin...just not for this. 1 out of 5 stars.
