High prices and garbage customer service. Also,the young obese kid that works the counter has no idea what he’s doing. He could not process a simple refund on my debit card.

Do not use this car wash. It spayed me half down. Only spun the half back of my car and then left soap all over my hood. Then the dryer never dropped down. Worst wash of my life

Rating the CAR WASH only. I have never shopped at the store. Do not waste your money using this car wash. Very fast wash left dirty streaks everywhere. Missed other areas completely. To make things confusing I was supposed to drive slowly though the dry cycle. There was no indicator or sign that stated I needed to drive though the dry cycle. There is a dry cycle timer posted outside the wash that was not visible until I had driven forward about 4 feet. 4Runner was mostly wet after exiting the wash. There was no service menu that stated what each wash choice included. Will never use this wash again. Wasted $10.00!

I paid $12 for deluxe car wash & it was the fastest car wash in my life. Literally sprayed my car down for no more than 5-10 seconds and it was confusing to exit. Furthermore the vacuum station doesn’t work & took my quarters. I put a dollar in one of them & it worked - very low pressure. Looks like there’s free air in lot & next door @ tire place which is cool... I would only come here again if services worked properly... Unfortunate not many gas stations near me & the ones that are aren’t all that.

Worst B cashier service ever very rude people like that shouldn't be working with customers and extremely expensive gas. I Walked wright out went less than a mile to another gas station 3/20/21 7pm if it had a option for NO stars is too much.

This company needs to be reported for committing fraud on people card. Or if they are not the culprit. They need to be reported for allowing fraudulent activities in their establishments. Went to this gas station about 4 am. Tried to use the gas pump outside, the pump tells me see cashier. I said to my self let me try debit. Tried debit thing tells me see cashier. When inside paid for my gas. Only to get an email alert from my bank fraud detected. They tried to charge my card fraudulently twice over $190. I’m so disgusted. Will not ever visit this establishment in my life. Never! Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. And I will be tell everyone that I associate myself with, that works at the Fortune 500 companies in the area about the fraudulent transactions. # BOYCOTTING SHELL.

Terrible time today at this station. The assistance buttons didn’t work on the pump and the credit card processing didn’t work either. Drove to a different pump. At that pump the receipt printer wasn’t working. I had purchased a car wash. It said “go inside to get a receipt” which I needed in order to get my car wash. I was given the wrong receipt by the cashier. I went to the car wash and put in my code. The code didn’t work. Neither did the assistance button. I had cars lining up behind me to use the car wash and couldn’t back up. I finally got on my phone to call inside the gas station. The person told me to come in and buy another car wash. I said no because I already purchased one and he needed to give me a valid code. He said to come in and get it. I told him to look outside the window and see that I obviously couldn’t back out of the car wash. He finally came out and brought a new code. This gas station has been a pain in the neck for the neighboring homes here because they often cause credit card numbers to be stolen. I rarely go here and today I only did out of desperation. Low and behold the decision not to use this station was reinforced ONCE again. Worst place in a Broward county. I fully expect my card info to be stolen now as well. Ugh.

This station does not keep the paper for its receipts from pumps full. So if you keep records and need that receipt you must go inside to stand in line at a very busy station. To add to the frustration gas purchases at pump are limited to $60.00 The car wash is for the most part dysfunctional and the dryer is a joke. After 15 years of being a great station this Shell has taken a serious turn for the worse.

Standard Shell gasoline I pumped what I needed into the van and went on my way. The pump was clean, it was not very crowded and if I had not been stuck with having to use that station I would have gone to a cheaper station. According to GasBuddy the station's prices we're higher then the average price locally. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.
