Went here at 8 pm on a Friday night, and was told mall and all stores was closed. This is FALSE ADVERTISING ! On ad of this shoe store it shows closes at 9 pm .

Horrible customer service by the manager. I intended to purchase a pair of Sperry for my sons graduation. Upon check out, one of the shoes that the cashier had brought to complete the pair was damaged. I pointed out the wear and expressed my expectation that the shoe look new like the one we’d picked in the box, but the manager interrupted and stated that all the (2nd) Right shoes looked like that with scuff marks and scratches & suggested that I buy oil to clean them up. I declined the purchase and purchased a pair from rack room shoes for a better price and exceptional customer service.

Okay manager was rude they had a sign that said socks markdowns to 2.99 she said someone put the sign in wrong spot it wasn't like 1 pack it was a whole row she didn't want to honor need management skills people were skipping people suppose to be one line then a customer complained and the same manager was like its whatever then why standing in the line the internet went down so they said cash only

Shopping today for school shoes for my daughter. Went to several shoe stores and came up empty. Decided to go to one more store. Was genuinely impressed with Shoe Dept.'s vast selection. The store was very neat and organized. Well stocked. Found several shoes in her size, unlike the other stores. Should have come to Shoe Dept. first. Now I know... Will definitely return. Great experience!!

Rude! Went in and every dress shoe I likes no size 6.. I asked the guy and he's like well sorry.. didn't even try to help.. I explained every shoe I saw no size 6 so what do I do with the gift card.. so basically I have a useless gift card.. he said yep pretty much! I will never shop there again...
