This was honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. I’m giving it two stars because I’m thankful it didn’t get me sick. Still, the dough was all wrong. We got regular crust and it was almost like the dough didn’t rise. It was as thin as thin crust but like tough rubber. I couldn’t eat it. Should have brought it back in but there is always that fear that they’ll tamper with your food when you send it back. Will not be returning to this location.

Pizza was dry and had way too much crust. There were about 4 mushrooms on it and honestly no flavor at all. I will not return.

Rough effort....makes it hard to ever attempt this place again. After a mistake...then it's an argument to get it corrected...followed by another failed attempt. The real issue is they just don't care!

Delivery person was kind, but the order was about 15 minutes late (I don’t blame him obviously). The wings were not great at all, and the pizza was missing the chosen sauce via mobile order. $38.00 seems kinda crazy for the lack of quality control.

Ordered to the edge. I even paid for extra toppings. The toppings were so light. They say to the edge and they just spread them out. Counted about 8 pieces of green pepper on large pie. Very disappointing.

I love Pizza Hut but this last order was the worst two pizza’s I’ve had in my life. First one burnt. The second one wasn’t fully cooked and it taste like plastic or freezer burn dough. I don’t know but it was gross. I couldn’t finish a slice. Thats how bad it was.

Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas with extra pepperoni. The pizza came bubbled up and disgusting looking. Whoever sliced this and let it out the door does not deserve a $15 minimum wage. Or a wage at all for that matter.

We haven’t had Pizza Hut for the longest time and wanted to try something out of the normal routine so we placed an online order. We also wanted to try their stuffed crust and to see if the Pizza was / is as good as we remember. We also ordered some wings to go along with the pizza. We did contactless order where we parked out front of the store location and used text messaging to inform the store of our arrival. Pizza Hut has a big sign out from with all the instructions, so that made the process much easier and convenient for all parties. The food was delicious. It tasted better than we had remembered, even better than those times we used to order in Baltimore. This location received 5 stars based on the ordering process, contactless interaction with ease of communicating, and the overall quality and satisfaction of the food.
