A memorable customer service experience. I spilled half a cup of coffee on my notebook and the floor, staff was helpful and supportive as I cleaned up, and then, without my even asking, they brought me a hot, fresh cup exactly as I had ordered it a half hour earlier, and at no charge. These were all great and caring people I'll remember for a long time to come.

I don’t visit Starbucks often so I often have a hard time making orders. The ladies working there were very patient and professional. One particular young lady named Shelly talked me thru my drink and made sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you Shelly.

Limited merchandise. Again, another flagship store where the shine and Starbucks flare has diminished. Staff needs to bevtgere but doesn't want to be there.

This place is AWFUL! We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, they were soggy and all the contents were halfway off the English muffin. Such poor care to detail, just slopped together. Dunkin will get our breakfast business from now on!

Employees have personalities of wet cardboard, rude and seemed annoyed all of the time. Dirty napkins wadded up and placed inside of food cooler, dirty napkins on the floor, all table tops were filthy, bathroom is filthy etc, could see 2 "house-flies" inside of glass cooler where food is stored. Didn't matter much since the food coolers were half empty. Took forever for one coffee order and several people came in wondering where their mobile orders had disappeared to.... This place Is a dump, Kennedy Blvd homeless shelter too. Employees are complete slackers and really have no concern for the customers. Get your act together Starbucks, Covid is over... Time to reimagine your customer service and business model.

There are issues going through drive through here. Slow in service and orders have been incorrect when picked up at window, even though order take reads it back right. Double checks needed to reinforce to staff about clearly looking at what is ordered.

Good location, parking lot is always cray tho. Love the cold brew on tap. Great selections, friendly and fast service.

Time to open your indoor seating area. Other Starbucks has seating areas open, so I’m baffled as to why this particular store has their seating area closed at this point in time. When pressed, they directed me to a “lovely outdoor seating area”. Unfortunately, it was 90 degrees in direct sunlight - not a fun place to enjoy a hot coffee.
