Just purchased some frozen empanadas for the second time from this location pretty much went into the chiller picked it up and walked to the cashier, the price increased by a dollar but why is there a 3.99% SERVICE CHARGE? I was not served anything I literally walked in grabbed and left!. . .Wow!

We absolutely love this place! The best Venezuelan food and the best people. They are so nice that they allowed my son and some of his teammates to set up outside and ask for donations to help the team go to Myrtle Beach, SC to compete in the Youth World Series. Please support this amazing family owned business I highly recommend it the food is delicious!

Prices are outrageous. Who cares if you’ve been in business for 21 years! Stop using that as you’re only reply and actually address the issues your business has. It’s clear that the last 21 years has gotten to your head and now you simply don’t care about the business. Food taste old, almost like it’s extremely processed.

I have gone here a few times for the raspaditos and bakery section and that has always been great! As far as the bandeja paisa I just ordered, it was way too expensive $18. It took too long and the steak is dry and hard and as a rock. Would only recommend staying in the bakery section or getting an icee. Customer service definitely not the best. Overall I don’t care to come back. The worst part is the owner only replies to bad reviews and not the great ones! It shows the type of character and why this business is the way it is! Okay, you have been in business 21 years that’s great! Yes, you are a part of the community but you get paid to be! So please stop saying your serving the community like your doing a “free job” no, your prices are very high and food quite disappointing. Instead, take the tips clients leave as reviews and try hard to improve!

Stopped in to get an arepas of course. So friendly and helpful with selecting the food. Had a shredded beef arepas with avacado and cheese. So yummy. Will be back for sure to try out a chicken one.

The ladies who work here are delightful, they are very caring and want to ensure that you have a good experience. The food is excellent. I had an amazing cachapa, fresh orange juice and my friend had a bandeja Paisa that was also AMAZING! the food is fresh and prepped on the spot. This is a real home cooked meal. All Venezuelan and Colombian Dishes. They have a great supply of latin products as well. Shop local and support small business'!
