I went in with a good attitude until I check out and the lady was so rude to me and my family on my cousins birthday we we’re trying to hide gifts from her and the lady showed her them all and slammed the receipt down and then when it came to my order I said do y’all have Apple Pay and she said obviously and with there being zero signs or things on the card reader ….never going back till she’s gone

The Dollar Tree on Riverstone Pkwy is wonderful! They are smaller than some newer stores but they have everything i need. I enjoy looking thru all the aisles to see what new things they have. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was out of tp. I asked the cashier nicely if there was someone available to stock it. She walks away without saying a word and gets the manager. When she walked back I said thank you. She looked at me and ignored that I spoke to her. The manager comes and gets the tp and I thank him. He too walks away without saying a word to me. I'm sorry I asked you for tp in your bathroom. Left without making my purchases that I came in for and won't be back

Dollar Tree is almost the same everywhere. This one doesn't have some of the products that some larger one have. That's why it only received 4 stars. The help was very good.

Good products neatly organized. Clean store and pleasant employees. I love going there for my craft supplies for ideas I see on You Tube.

They are a smaller DT and are pretty good at keeping the usual supplies stocked, but they are slow about receiving new items (have never had any bonnebell or Belaro products) and are short staffed. The staff that they do have are super friendly and are very helpful, however.

This Dollar Tree is fantastic. The manager, Dianne, is excellent and one of the cashiers, Michele, is very pleasant. It's employees like this that make this store a great place to shop.

I went into this store to buy party supplies for my daughters birthday. At checkout I asked the cashier if they would fill balloons that I had purchased online. She informed they would but would charge a 1.00 per balloon fee to do so. I made a plan for the party according to the information that I was given. I went in to have the balloons filled and was told they would not do so because it is store policy. I explained that one of their employees had told me differently, still would not do anything. They never once apologized to me for being misinformed. This was a huge inconvenience for me and I will not be returning to this store again. I would rather go somewhere else and pay more based on the customer service I received.
