I've been a customer at this store for over 5 years. I had recently purchased a carton of cigarettes here, and noticed that the carton was taped closed down one entire side. When I opened the carton at home, there were two packs that were of an entirely different brand and flavor from the rest. I went back to the store, hoping to exchange the two 'incorrect' packs, but the employee on duty - an older man - began yelling at me and telling me that I was lying to him because they didn't order "that flavor". I did not appreciate being called a liar, and I will not be shopping here again. Businesses like this don't deserve my patronage. I'd give negative stars if I could.
