I normally have had a very good experience with this pharmacy but these new hours are ridiculous. Seriously? Monday-Friday, 9-5 and no weekend hours? How are WORKING people suppose to get their prescriptions? I’m literally baffled by this. I’m sitting here, wondering how the heck I’m going to pick but my prescription that has been filled. I used to be able to pop in on a Saturday morning and pick up or my husband used to grab on his way home (he drives by there) when he gets off at 5:15. My lunch break is only 30 minutes and it is all the way in Camden. I used this pharmacy because it was by our house. Guess we will be switching pharmacies.

Unbelievable. We are suppose to help one another right now. I have a newborn and called this location since I just moved to johnathans landing. This Walgreens is right down the street from me. Spoke with Liz in pharmacy and told her I just had a baby and I didn’t want to bring her in the store because of the C- Virus. Could she please grab a pack of 9v batteries for me and I was going to get my script as well. She said I had to go in for the batteries. Unbelievable. Needless to say my Milford Walgreens took care of me as always. Magnolia thanks for not being of service and not helping others during this horrible time in the country.

Terrible. I’ve used this Walgreens for 3 years because it is so close to my house and not once in the past three years have they gotten my prescription right on the first try. They have deleted scripts, told me it would be ready and took days, and one time they took so long my perscription expired and I had to pay for another visit to get a new script. Yesterday ‘Lizz’ the tech, told me my perscription could not be filled due to insurance issues. I said okay, let me contact my insurance and she said that wouldn’t help. I asked what I could do and she said nothing. Then I proceeded to ask for my prescription slip back so I could take it somewhere else to get it filled and she scratched it out, handed it back to me and told me I wouldn’t be able to get it filled anywhere else. I will not be going back to this Walgreens again.
