Was visiting family in town and decided to get an upgrade for my phone to take better pictures with. I recently visited the Cleveland, GA location to upgrade two phones to the I Phone 13 Pro Max, mine was out of date (I phone 6s :0). We were pleasantly greeted by Shannon and she was very attentive to our needs. She provided us with stellar customer service and was able to answer all my questions with ease and was extremely knowledgeable about the products she is selling. As a 30 year customer with AT&T, I am pleased to say this location went above and beyond to provide a 5 star experience! Shannon H is definitely an asset to AT&T and I pray you recognize great talent when you see it, kudos for all you do for your customers and the company you represent. It is great to see that there are people who actually care about the customers in which they serve and the companies they work for.
