Loved the layout and design of this location, unfortunately the service wasn't on the same level. I'm not sure if there weren't enough employees on the clock or what was going on. It took at least 5 minutes from the time the person in front of me ordered until my order was finally taken. Lunch time on a Saturday and there was only one register open. The food was decent though, so maybe it was just an off day.

I have been to a good many BK and by far this one tops all of them. The inside was the cleanest I have ever seen all the way even into that bathroom. The staff was amazing. The seats are pretty cool and nice and a great atmosphere. If I could I would say 10 out of 10.

The workers on evening shift is in real. Don’t put on gloves are handle ice cream cones with a napkin at least when fixing customer order…. That’s very unsanitary. We don’t know where they’re hands are. Very unprofessional. My order was cold so I sent it back. They re dropped it back in the grease and brought it back out. Poor service all together.. Manager needs to be replaced. Parking: Was very dirty

They scamming the system have you waiting at the first pay window until your food is ready then they tell you to pull up to the second window where your food is at so it makes them look like they are fast and then on top of that the food is not hot and fresh so i really am disappointed and will not be returning i can bbq a burger at home will be faster and fresher. They are not the only ones who do that...

Went to Burker King this am . Im standing at the register . So a young man walks over and as he's coming toward the register he's looking directory at me however he doesn't say anything like Good Morning ,how may i help you or can i take your order . So I asked are you ready for my order and he says to me he's waiting on me . Well sir perhaps saying how can a help you would let a customer know when you're ready to take their order.

Drive thru always takes way to long. Even if I'm the only person in line they make you wait to take your order then make you wait again after they take your money.

Went for dinner and the parking lot was basically empty.Ordered food and waited and waited and waited... Finally someone came to the window about 10 mins later and took the money from the person in front of us who had been waiting as well. They staff wasn't friendly barely spoke 2 words and was rude. They weren't busy just sitting around on their phones laughing and doing nothing... Sad to say this has a happened a few times at this location and its a bad look for BK. Its starts with management and goes down.. If they don't care neither does the staff...

I once thought BK had the best breakfast biscuits in the market. I was totally disappointed this morning. The biscuit I received looked and tasted like a caned biscuit. It was not good.

Place was a little busy but the manager lady dis good keeping the line going. Just my mom's fish sandwich was supposed to be lite tartar sauce but it wasn't. My big king was an little cheeseburger like what never had it like that small my big king was always big like isn't it why its called that. Never going there again

Ch king I loved the bun, the chicken has the perfect ratio of breading to meet. I dont really like the sauce or the pickles. Taste aside they did good with the sandwich.
