If I could give this store a zero i would..the employee here are extremely rude and have place in customer service..anyone that reads this avoid this store at all cost go to another store..cause people that work here have no customer service skills at all. They are extremely rude..

Taylor was a great representative of what I believe Metro stands for. She was patient and kind, and was sure to handle the merger of my plans with accuracy. She was extremely accommodating to not just myself, but the other customers as well. I second the motion of her being manager for this store, and think Metro made a great choice.

They make promises they don't keep. I used them for a few years buying new phones regularly till they treated me very shabbily thus last time making promises and then not keeping them. It's called a "switch and bait" folks when they tell you one price to get you to purchase and once the transaction is through they tell you "oh, by mistake it's actually double what we told you... And by the way it's too late to back out because we already switched your phone to the new service!" Guys, here in the USA that is ILLEGAL. I'll never give your company my business again.
