The employees plus their friends (out of uniform strangers) upon our arrival were sitting around outside the store in chairs taking their, I assume 5th smoke break of the hour. I say this because everytime I visit the store one of them is right out front by the door smoking in uniform. Before we even entered they gave us a loud & unnecessary scolding kind-of-warning we had 8 mins to shop, while the store closed in about 15. I guess they wanted more time to smoke. While inside they were moping behind us quite literally running into us and sliding caution signs right by our feet, a danger to the customers if I've ever seen one. While their friends encouragef and laughed at their actions, its all on video if upper management wants to see, they need serious education on customer service and store policies. Send help!

The blonde short hair lady at register was very rude to my daughter and grandaughters when I came in to store for cigarettes my daughter said the lady kept wanting chips my granddaughter was holding for last to pay for and eat latter while unloading the buggy the lady kept demanding the chips like she was going to steal them. I WILL NEAVER GO THERE AGAIN. And she was really rude wanting the change for the purchase. When she rang the chips up she put them in the bag know she wanted them to eat.

The crew there is awesome. Im a vet with severe ptsd and they go out of there way to help me when im having a bad day. Most times i only shop there because they took the time to ask questions and not judge me or assume things about me. Ty DG crew

Very friendly and helpful employees. I went to this store and saw a deal for 3 DR. PEPPERS for 3 dollars. So got them and went to check out. The cashier told me they was a different price and I told her that is what was on the sign. She went and checked and told me that the sale had already ended. But she gave me the discount anyway.

The Antioch store on Antioch Rd at 4:30 was packed with customers. And ONLY one person running register. There was a wait time of more than 5 minutes our longer. Dollar General corporate office needs to put more associates in their stores to accommodate the customers!!

Love the store. The staff are all sweet and eager to help. Never have to wait in line for very long. The store is well organized and clean. Easy to find what you're looking for.

So I'm waiting in line as people are paying in front of me my daughter starts shaking because she has to pee I ask the cashier if they have a restroom she says one second.... As my daughter is Dancing Away she is young in her 20s has a ponytail shorter hair it feels like one minute passes and I asked her again do you guys have a restroom she deliberately ignores me slows her process down in handing the groceries to the people. So I asked her once again do you guys have a restroom expecting a yes or no or maybe in which direction she tells me once again hold on one second at this point I dropped my groceries ran out the store because I was being nice and did not want her to clean pee off of her floor just letting you know she barely made it.... This happened at 2:50 p.m. Sunday February 18th. You know you think because she's a girl she'd have some compassion for my daughter she just looked like she had a bad day and was taking it out on people
