Once one of my regulars, now their prices have gone crazy. I used to buy my coffee here, now I can find it at 55% of their asking price. This is buy 9 elsewhere for the cost of only 5 here. The pack of chips on their shelves you can find in the grocery 200 ft down the parking lot for 10% less, or 20% less when on offer. The aisles are narrow and difficult to handle a shopping cart without hitting some corners. Lately I went there to buy an item they were advertising on their app flyer, the first day the ad was on, and they were out for nearly a week, they said. Their strength is in furniture and mattresses, but you will probably be able to do better if you have the time to shop around. Addition: I bought my body wash at Ollie's. At Roses it was 78% more. I bought my coffee at Roses. At Big Lots it was 76% more. I bought my air fryer at Big Lots. At Ollie's it was 90% more. Full circle? When I was a student in a financial University, nearly half a century ago, this was the definition of oligopoly. ~Kent

My 17 yr old son was traveling to Loganville GA when his alternator went out in his car. The car died in the Advanced Auto Parts lot. I call the shop and spoke to Dawn, explained that I was in Columbus OH and needed help getting my son back on the road. They have gave me the # to Dalton Towing who went and got my son and his car and over to the shop in 15 mins. Dawn and the staff were very accomadating, took my son to the Kroger to pick up the western union money I sent to fix the car and had him back I the road within 1.5 hours. The employees plus their friends (out of uniform strangers) upon our arrival were sitting around outside the store in chairs taking their, I assume 5th smoke break of the hour. I say this because everytime I visit the store one of them is right out front by the door smoking in uniform. Before we even entered they gave us a loud & unnecessary scolding kind-of-warning we had 8 mins to shop, while the store closed in about 15. I guess they wanted more time to smoke. While inside they were moping behind us quite literally running into us and sliding caution signs right by our feet, a danger to the customers if I've ever seen one. While their friends encouragef and laughed at their actions, its all on video if upper management wants to see, they need serious education on customer service and store policies. Send help! ~f.o.b

They should really close this store and disperse the employees to the other stores. The employees are rude and talk about customers in front of other customers. They always close early. This store never stays open till the time posted always closing from and hour early to 10-15 mins early most of the time. Stock is always on a cart instead of on a shelf. This store is nothing but a pain I recommend avoid at all cost because it's a waste if gas ~Thomas
