The click list workers always block the isle and act like they are the only ones that matter. Every Saturday, there are 2-5 workers ganged up in the main isle near cosmetics just talking , blocking everything . Half of the workers are talking on their phone. Just very unprofessional.

This place is not your neighborhood pharmacy. They are impossible to get on the phone. They are not knowledgeable at all and most of all they are not friendly!! Do better. I do not recommend anyone ever go to this pharmacy.

Automatic phone system is horrific, very frustrating. Needs an update to be customer friendly. As you answer the questions asked, the system talks all over your answers, repeats questions, doesn't hear your reply, then disconnects you in occasion. It definately needs changing. UPDATE WOULD TAKE AWAY FROM FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS AND MAYBE HELP DIGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS HELP ALOT TO IMPROVE ON KROGER!

I wish I could give zero stars. It seems everyone that works at this pharmacy hates their jobs and it’s the last place they want to be. They don’t answer the phone, don’t smile, act annoyed by any and everything that is asked of them. I LITERALLY sat on the phone with it just ringing for 12 minutes before I gave up and just hung up and sent my husband down there to which the finally said “they didn’t have the medicine in stock”. My newborn daughter needs her medicine and this pharmacy could not care less.

Terrible service always. Takes forever. This time did not have all my antibiotics so had to come back. Told me it was too much trouble to take my insurance, easier to us Good RX. Well, I have insurance and it is cheaper for me if we use my insurance. Told me I would have to wait 20 minutes if I wanted it that way. Very hateful and mean!

I have enjoyed every Kroger pharmacy I have been to except Griffin Kroger Pharmacy. They need to go train at one of the other amazing Kroger pharmacy’s. Terrible Customer service every single encounter. This time decided to write a review. Very rude lady over the phone today. Did not want to help. Just needed to get my daughters inhaler and albuterol treatment pick up. She proceeded to say very rudely you didn’t pick this up when it was called in. I then told her we tried picking it up the next day after it was called in and we get there to be told it is not ready. So again I’m trying to pick it up. Regardless of the situation no need for her rude commentary just fill it as that is your JOB and go about your way. Your customers do not need your rude negative energy.

Living in a Covid world I do expect businesses to be short staffed. As well as Kroger is the cheapest in town so I would assume it makes you a popular spot for prescriptions. I think you guys are doing a great job 👏 👍 😀

**AVOID THIS PHARMACY**!!!! Worst pharmacy ever. The line inside is always a 20+ min wait... Never answers the phone and the drive thru is never open because they say they can't find employees. I find that hard to believe since every other pharmacy in Griffin does not have a single problem compared to this Kroger. These people are going to kill someone some day with this kind of service. I couldn't imagine being a customer here during an emergency. I couldn't barely call in a refill because their phone service is terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The staff consistently refuses to answer the phone. They never optimize for the customer. The line will be 10 customers deep, and the staff behind the counter refuse to leave their post to open another register. Absolutely awful. Fire the pharmacy manager, and hire one, who's focused on customer service rather than what's convenient.

This is the worst pharmacy. If they wasn’t so much cheaper than all the other pharmacies I wouldn’t even subject myself to the stress this place causes. They never answer the phone. I take maintenance meds that are very common but still half of the time they say they are out and it will have to be ordered and take 2-3 days. One of my meds is about 30$ at CVS and it’s only 16$ here which is the reason I keep using them and this is the same for all my meds. I just wish they would do better.
