They didn't have just some simple things that I needed so I just left and went somewhere else. The store was clean there was plenty of people there to help. They were friendly, they were trying to be helpful. Unfortunatelythey just didn't have what I needed.

The manager exchanged battery that would not hold charge. This is great customers service. Transaction took less than 15minutes. We will do business here instead of griffin advance auto (has horrible customers service). Thanks vingard road office for polite service with efficiency.

Easy to find right off of 1941 in Griffin. Clean, well maintained store. Associates are friendly & eager to help you find what you need. Customer service gets 2 thumbs up & they recognize Veterans or active military. I'd recommend this store for all of your auto parts needs.

This place is not very helpful at all. I walked inside and immediately felt unwelcome, nobody was really trying to help me, the older man did they're like he was super busy on the computer and the younger guy finally acknowledges me and I asked if he can run the scan tool on my car because the tech engine light was flashing. He said that he could not do it because of covid-19 so, corporate made them sending all of their scan tools and they have not sent them back to the stores yet. I have to say that I really don't believe that, you can easily just put them away in the back. Why would they make you send them away? That doesn't even make any sense. So I felt like he didn't want to help me and I had to leave with my four-year-old in the car, somewhat scared to death because I didn't know what was wrong with the car. I knew it was probably some sort of misfire but I didn't know exactly what could happen but I knew being stranded was a possibility at some point so it was really scary and the fact that he lied and said that, it just really made me upset once I talk to someone at another part store who agreed that that was not true. Would not recommend that store at all. I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts and the lady was happy to do it but she did make me plug in the scan tool due to the virus, but she still did it for me. I just think that's flat out Ridiculous
