I used to love Publix but they are becoming Harvey's ! Their hot deli family meals used to be the bomb but look at it now ! Food is all inter mingled and the people behind the counter act like they doing you a favor waiting on you! I am so disappointed ! I pay more so I don't have to go to Walmart but I might as well go back to the falling prices if the service is going to suck at Publix !

Everythime I go into this Publix the staff is courteous and greets you with a smile. The supermarket is clean and isles are free of clutter. The deli food is delicious, produce is fresh! I will continue to shop at this super market. Walmart and other stores could learn something from Publix!!

I placed an order three weeks in advance. The order was for a Deli Entertainer Platter (Medium), Nibbler Platter (Small), Fruit platter (small), and Vegetable platter (small). I placed the order in anticipation of picking it up before work (730am) and plans changed. I had someone arrive and pick them up and was told that they had recently realized the order was placed and could have it ready at 11 am. The event began at 11 am and we still were not able to get the food there until after 1130am. I have always had wonderful experiences with Publix and understand human error but was disappointed that I placed the order in plenty of time and was not able to get it on time and was not even offered an apology or explanation.

I always enjoy shopping at every Publix grocery store. The food costs a bit more but it’s worth the money for the large variety of foods not available at other stores and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and I have NEVER had to wait to be checked out by an actual human being. Five stars!!!

Love the cake they have, we go there ever chance we get, we just came from there again and we found almost every thing we was looking for, love the selection they have on everything, love the customer service, I just came from there today Feb 25th 2022 to pick up my daughter birthday cake cause her birthday is tomorrow and they gave me the wrong cake and they over charge me so I don't know what to do..., I came back and it was better than last time
