I’ve been here many times for an oil change and have never had this problem. But today I came here, waited a longer than usual time for someone to come up and sign me in, and there was just one car being serviced. Then there was me, and a lady that came after me. So I walk to Moe’s to eat a burrito and go to the bathroom, and after about 45 minutes I’m like “oh it should probably almost be done”. So I walk back, and find that my car is sitting in the same place, still running, with the door wide open. For some reason the lady that had come after me was already gone and now there’s a lot more cars here. I know my door was open because my windows don’t open and they didn’t want it to lock for some reason, but why did they have to leave it running for so long?? If I had known it was going to be sitting there for so long, I would’ve gotten gas before I came here. I walked in and was waiting to talk to someone to tell them I was just going to leave and take my car elsewhere, but as I was waiting they FINALLY started servicing my car. So now I can’t leave and I just have to wait. I did end up explaining my problem to a very nice lady who told me that they had two people call out today. So I understand that it was taking a while. I just wish they didn’t leave my car sitting there running for so long. Service: Oil change

To: Your Manager YOUR CAR SERVICE DEPARTMENT, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS SERIOUSLY DECLINED Through all the years of service, I recommended Walmart/Loganville to various people. But I will not make mistake again. My daughter went to buy tires, she was also told the tech would put the donut tire back in to the compartment. That was a lie, the donut was left in the hatchback, not where it should Coming home she noticed the tire pressure light on, stopped by Discount Tire, and was told the air was low, which they assisted. I obviously should have went to Discount tire for tires and service. What happened to your car service? People do read Google reviews. Service: Tires

Great service, the technicians took only 20-25 minutes and I was out of there. They weren’t as fast as Jiffy Lube, Havoline or Take 5 oil change, but, they were much much cheaper. For the cost of a full synthetic oil change ($46.00), I was willing to wait an extra 10-15 minutes. Those other 3 places were charging around $85.00 -$90.00. Their prices are definitely worth the wait. However there was no waiting when I got there. I went early in the morning, around 8:00 am, and was the first one there.

Called regarding battery warranty. Put on hold. Left on hold. Called back, rang and rang and rang, bounced to customer service. Sent back to automotive and remained on hold. No one picked up. Called direct to automotive again and rang and rang. Won't bother going there again. Just told my dealer to install a battery in my car because Walmart obviously was not going to give me the time of day to deal with the warranty question on my battery.

Went in to have all 4 of our tires replaced—we found a bubble on one and the tread was getting low on the rest so we decided to just replace all 4–the price was good, and the service was quick & the employees were all very responsive.

I'm very upset. My tire blew out on Hwy 78, I called the Walmart closest to where I was to check for a new tire, they didn't have one so I called this one in Loganville and they had the tire I needed. Triple A came and put the donut tire on so I can get down there and when I got there I told the guy that changed my tire that the old one was in the trunk with the rim and to please put my donut back I'm the trunk after removing it... After my car was finished with the new tire I only checked to see if the donut was put back in the truck but I neglected to check to see the new tire replacement. I had to come out of town unexpectedly two days later and thats when I noticed that my rim was NOT put back on my tire!! When I called to see if it was there it was not. I don't understand why the Rim wasn't put back on my tire. I'm very upset because I would've expected things to be done right and I paid for a new tire plus the warranty, balance of the tires. Over $90. I hope I get a call back from a manager because this is unacceptable. RIMS come in sets of 4, now I have to spend extra money to go by them and all I need is one. SMH.

I have taken all three of our cars there lately and the refused to rotate the tires on all three. I have the package we’re the tires are to be rotated every 10,000 miles. All three cars we due for a rotation. The service was great when they had the lady there to check in cars, since see left the place has gone to pot.

If I could give them no stars I would. I purchased 4 new tires from this location a few years back. I had been going to this location for them to rotate my tires. I am very local when I drive so there was no unusual ware and tare to my tires when they were being rotated. I notice last week my left front tire was making a rubbing noise as if for example the inner tube goes out on a bike. I take to the location for them to inspect the tire, because it was not flat. If I needed a new tire I would have gotten it then and there. I was told by the tech they would check it. I waited inside almost an hour only to be told there is nothing wrong with my tire, that it was my rotor rubbing against my brake my tire was fine. So I take it to the dealer where I had my brakes done. They pull off my tire to check my brakes which were fine, only to find that on the inside of my tire it was corroded. There was a clear visible line where the tire was torn. That was the rubbing sound I heard very clear very visible. It was right there in plain site. Not near the rim, right there smack dab in the middle of the tire. When I spoke to the manager over at the Walmart to let him know of the issue. His excuse "well we do spot checks there was no way of knowing". And I should be concerned that there may be another issue. The issue was the Tech could not have checked the tire plain and simple. Had the Tech checked the inside of the tire by taking it off or even lifting my car and and putting a flashlight to it they would have seen it. They didn't even have a lot of cars they were working on when I was there, just one other car. So no excuse. I will never come back to this location again. I am just grateful I didn't have a blow out. Had they done their job I would have purchased the tire from them. They lost my business.

Over 2 hour wait.....for the "Pit Stop" Oil Change. OVER 2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE No one seemed to be in any rush or could focus on a task. I could've, and should've, went somewhere else for Faster and Cheaper service. Charge me MORE for an oil filter WITHOUT checking with my approval first, Never Again.
