Gwen was amazing, she is very knowledgeable and understanding, she even saw us on her day off just to help us. She is very kind and friendly! I will be seeing her again next year!

They tried telling me I owed a ton of money when I actually got back the same amount as a refund when I filed elsewhere. I was also told I was late when I first walked in even though I was there 10 minutes early. They are very difficult to communicate with for the most part, although I can't speak about every agent here so it may not be true for everyone. Double and triple check anything they tell you! I'm certainly glad I did. Good luck!
