Nice, clean, large location. The group fitness room is very spacious. Plenty of equipment and machines.

I travel a fair amount so I joined LA Fitness so I would have options when traveling in other cities. This is the closest location to my residence. The sign-up was easy enough and the facilities meet my expectations. Received numerous calls from personal trainers at this location and went in for their 1 hour work-out and presentation. All of personal training options were well out of my budget ($200 a month for 1 weekly session, 12 month contract, and up from there). They employed numerous high-pressure sales tactics which are a huge turn-off to me. Frank was visibly irritated that I didn't want to sign up. The experience was off-putting and rather insulting.

I just went to the 5:45 Zumba class. I showed up before the class started. A lady showed up late and kept trying to get my spot on the third row even when there was plenty of space on the back. She told me I had to move to the back because she was gonna hit me, she had been trying to hit me since she showed up. After that warning she hit me "by accident" multiple times. This lady was black. There were other 3 black ladies next to here and I'm brown Hispanic. She didn't say anything to any of the other ladies but me. That's racism. I'm not going back.

I've been going to different LA Fitness locations for a while and this is the worst one I've been to. Not enough machines, no sauna, they just closed the daycare, and the front desk staff can be pretty rude at times.

This place irks my nerves! This is my second time being a member at this location. I stopped my membership because the equipment is broken which you don’t find out until you’re on it. But I decided to give it another shot. A lot of the equipment is still broken. You go to workout and then get an error message. It’s frustrating and I have brought this to the attention of management before. I am joining another gym and canceling my membership.

Good gym. Has the "largest PT room in Georgia" but no sauna.. a bummer because that's why I signed up. Also, an employee at the front desk was very rude for no apparent reason. Waited to be scanned in upon entering but the employee was helping another customer - totally cool. She said "Just one second" and I responded with "I'm only scanning in" so that I could be on my way and not hovering over here to just be scanned in. Normally the scanner is on top of the desk when checking in but it wasn't this time. She came back with an attitude out of no where and said "I know. I said just one second" with the rudest face. I understand people have off days, are busy or are tired but if an employee isn't wanting to work customer service, they shouldn't have a customer facing job.

All sales oriented and front desk at this location is beyond disrespectful. Every time. Particularly the bald guy upfront with glasses, literally was chewing as he spoke then walked off and then walked around watching me the entire time. I went as it was closest to us and my husband has a membership, but we’re canceling after the experience each time I’ve gone it’s something strange. But I realize it’s just then not being concerned about nothing but a sale and they were pointing and literally talking as I tried walk out with my sister. Their membership is DIFFICULT as can possibly be to cancel since you have to catch the operations manager when they are there which is only hours that everyone else works and they’re not even willing to corporate just make their commission.

The gym is incredibly clean and has lots of equipment. Staff is always friendly. I've had absolutely 0 problems here.

Sin is a very rude front desk employee. She needs better training on how to make people feel welcomed. She was forgetful on explaining hidden fees, and got very angry when I brought this up to her. I never experienced such a rude and obnoxious LA Fitness employee ever. I think she should take notes from her colleagues on how to be a decent employee for a change.
