Every comment is speaking of Darlene so I sure hope it is she I will see tomorrow about my reservation and not the person I spoke to on the phone. I called feeling cheerful and energetic but the negative energy I received from Esther was deflating. She lack customer service skills when speaking to customers on the phone. She had such a nasty attitude and acted as though my questions were getting on her nerves. Being who I am, I still remained respectful even though she didn't earn it. Hoping seeing her in person will be much better. UPDATE: Darlene is awesome! I had a bad experience with my first phone call at this facility with Esther. She was impatient and very rude. However after speaking with Darlene, she made me feel comfortable that this location would be best for me. She was cheerful and answered all of my questions with patience. Great customer service! I was able to complete my reservation with the app, pay for my month, and even use my phone for access. I didn't have to use my house insurance because my rental included their insurance which is better in price! My unit is clean and as described. Easy to get to and I had no problem moving my belongings in. Thank you Darlene! You are a gem!

The staff at this location provides excellent and efficient customer service, in particular Darlene has been consistently very helpful in regards to my storage needs as I have moved to different storage spaces within this location.
