It would be nice if their employees were paid a wage that would constitute showing up to work or at least putting a sign on the door stating them being closed at 11:50AM. Do better.

Went to this store early in the morning to get some birthday stuff for my daughter. The lady at the register was having a full conversation on the phone with some else. The person on the phone was talking about somebody else skeeting on somebody else. The employee than says I don’t have my headphones today….I said thank you she says nothing back. (Lady had dreads with gold hoop ear rings with tattoos down her arms)

I went to the store to get a pool towel. I purchase a 5$ pool towel and a pool ball for 6.25. After going to dinner my family, we decided not to go to the pool again b/c it was getting late. So I went back to return the pool toy for another towel. When I walked in it was a young soft spoken African American man working the front. He was the same young man that rung my items up. He had a line and I went to the back and grab another 5 dollar towel. I got to the front to do the return, the young man said he need to get the supervisor to do the exchange or return. The young male came back out ands said the the supervisor can't do it right now. I asked why and he shrug his shoulders. I then stepped aside and started saying sir aloud to see if he would come out from the back. He did not. I stood there for a few more minutes and walked out of the store. I pulled off and turn around and went back to the store. I walked in and placed the 6.25 pool toy on the counter and picked up the 5 dollar towel and told the same cashier that I'll do my own exchange and that the store owes me 1.25. I also said that this will be reported. Still no supervisor and I walked out. I do understand that many companies are having a labor shortage and perhaps he was on his break or it was a long day but this was not good!

If I could give a zero, I would. We walked in, it looked normal...until...you get to the back of the store. I can hear employees yelling across the store about their pay being off and that they don't make enough money...but... towards the back of the store, there's racks and rolling carts full of inventory and sooooooo many empty shelves. This store needs HELP! Not just for inventory to actually hit the floor, but for employees to be paid properly and treated right. Someone send them help and better management. The only person working was a sweet lady who tried to help us get the extension cord we were looking for, but it was her first day on the job and she was really trying to figure out what she was supposed to be doing. I hope they see this review and revamp their work environment.

Went in there yesterday and over the last 6 months it has became terrible So many boxes in the way and you can't walk down the aisle. Went in there over a few weeks because it is convenient, and the same boxes have been sitting in the aisles for weeks. It is not organized and needs new management. The store is very dirty. People are lying saying it is clean! It is filthy and always boxes blocking everyone. There are more items on racks with wheels than on shelf. It was getting better with new management but i guess he is now gone. It is terrible and only one person on register and lines always long. NO COVID safety protocol at all. Staff doesn't even wear mask and employees coughing with the shoppers.

We just moved to the area and love the dollar store. Only the dollar store near our old place was a let down. Mrs Gwen has restored my faith in the dollar store. When we walked in she let us know all the sales and even helped me when I grabbed the wrong item. I has a great experience and look forward to my future shopping with this dollar store.

Not a bad place, they got what I need when I forget the milk or something small. Staff isn't rude, but they're not exactly welcoming either. Place is usually a mess, not dirty, just disorganized. Overall, if you close your eyes and picture a dollar store, this is what you would see.
