so we don't normally have Gate out here. I was at the one in St Augustine on vacation and was super impressed with the set up and all the coffee, ice cream, food options. unfortunately, this one in Pooler is a sad shell of what I thought I'd get. The coffee is one of those touchscreen grind variety and it's pretty good. Gas prices and beer prices were pretty good for the area, energy drinks were a touch higher than others. My issue is mostly the embarrassing lack of roller foods and pastries. Like there was literally four rolls of rolling food and a crowd fighting over in that tiny area, so I passed. Like even a Shell or Circle K has more options for food. ~Leon

If I could give a zero, I would. We walked in, it looked normal...until...you get to the back of the store. I can hear employees yelling across the store about their pay being off and that they don't make enough money...but... towards the back of the store, there's racks and rolling carts full of inventory and sooooooo many empty shelves. This store needs HELP! Not just for inventory to actually hit the floor, but for employees to be paid properly and treated right. Someone send them help and better management. The only person working was a sweet lady who tried to help us get the extension cord we were looking for, but it was her first day on the job and she was really trying to figure out what she was supposed to be doing. I hope they see this review and revamp their work environment. ~Rebecca

Found these guys through Google search when I was looking to lift my Jeep. Thought about doing it myself but didn't want to screw up and have to pay double later. Contacted them, set up a tie, put down a deposit and dropped off my car a week later. My Jeep looks badas$! I like riding higher and being off the ground in general. I was so excited to visit Rue 21, seeing that it was about 5 years since I last stepped foot in their store. I didn’t visit in so long because they left a very nasty taste in my mouth. I had to return over $200 worth of merchandise, if you can call it that. Let me explain! I wasn’t to familiar at the time with their clothes. So my daughters and I purchased some what we thought were beautiful and quality clothes. Key word being “thought!” Upon arriving back home and trying on their clothes, I realized that their clothing was garbage. Their clothing is NOT true to size for one and their shoes are like marshmallows. What I mean is my daughter put on the shoes and the shoes gave way, the heels were like flimsy rubber. So, I took EVERYTHING BACK! So with that experience I swore off this ratchet store!! And that’s why when my oldest said that her and her friend visited the store and their clothes looked better, I decided to give them a second chance!!!! WHY DID I DO THAT?!!!!!Needless to say after all that time things are still the same!!! My fault for thinking that their clothing has gotten better. We yet again purchased a large amount of clothing, upon arriving home the same thing happened as before, 5 years ago! My daughter tried her shorts on and the zipper broke!!!! My clothes were sized 3 sizes too big and they still didn’t fit! Long story short, DONT BUY YOUR CLOTHES FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO WEAR NOT EVEN ONE TIME!!! I would give them a -5 stars if that was an option!! ~LaTisha

Large and very clean store. Helpful employees. They carry plenty of merchandise. Happened to stop in during the semi annual sale, can't beat those deals especially when you're in need of new workout apparel! ~Cyn

My previous review was 5 stars, but maybe that's because I had only bought 1 piece of jewelry. Now it's definitely not since buying 4 piece. First time my ring came home & I had it 2 days before we discovered one of the diamonds were loose, then we took it up there for the lady to get an attitude & tell me it wasn't, then inspect it again & tell me "I hope you're happy now because you were right". Now we bought a necklace with a diamond bone, I've heard people complain about how bad the necklaces are from here but I figured there would be no issue since it's 10k white gold, I wore it 3× and it snapped on the 3rd time. Then the Lady on the phone told us she would replace it but we couldn't get a return & replacement (so that we could get a receipt so if it happens again) because we got it on sale, that shouldn't matter y'all should honor the price it's bought for & replace it with a receipt plus I don't understand how y'all can replace it but not give a receipt so if it happens again. Makes absolutely no sense. I won't ever buy another necklace from y'all and I don't recommend anyone else do it either. ~Bri

I took my son to get ear pierced and Hector and Kayla were absolutely wonderful. I really enjoyed talking to them both and they made my son's piercing experience awesome. They made our shopping fun. They are both down to earth and that is a hard quality to find these days. I give them both 5 stars. Keep up the good work y'all. ~Mary
