Could use some customer service training, normally I go in there and never get a welcome or anything but instead a stare. This time it was a little better because a new lady I had never seen there helped us she was a lot better.

5/15/22 I went to the Zales Outlet in Pooler Ga in the Tanger Outlets to get my Ring cleaned in their ultrasonic. When I walked in I was greeting by a lady who didn’t give her name nor wear a name tag to identify her which was unprofessional, I ask if I could get my ring clean and she said yes and present me with a pad that I sat my ring on and then went to the computer instead of the computer and started asking a bunch of questions. She stated “ I assume you bought it here” as I said no I’m from Louisiana, it was bought in Louisiana. Again all I wanted was my ring cleaned. Yes it’s a Zales item. I wasn’t asking for my diamond bond inspection, I wasn’t asking to send it off for repair I asked to have it cleaned. I answer her questions I even gave her my phone number she said she couldn’t find my information which I told her she most likely would not find my information this has been a consistent issue since the store I bought it from back in Louisiana originally had a system called CATS before they switch to a system called X store and my info was lost. I have gone through this explanation 1 million times every time I have ever had to have my ring repaired or serviced so much so that I have resulted to self pay when need be, but again I just wanted my ring cleaned!!!! CLEANED!!! Once the consultant realize that she cannot find my information she then apologized to me handed me my ring back and told me she could not help me. I asked her I was unaware that yawls policy had changed that you needed my information to clean my ring in which she replied yes ma’am my suggestion would be next time to bring your paperwork with you. I worked retail a long time, I even was a proud employee of Zales for 6 years until I became a nurse! I only trust Zales for my purchases and repairs but apparently I will have to make the 800 mile drive home or arrange with my store back home if I’m ever in need of a repair because I can only imagine how that will go over if I was denied something as simple as a “Free cleaning and inspection” under the Zales Policy! Please someone retrain this employee because If this is supposed to be the new Zales way then I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Had my platinum engagement and wedding band enlarged each by 2 sizes. Looks like it was never touched. No lines, sodding markings. Good, clean craftsmanship. Like the day my husband placed it on my finger.

‼️BUY YOUR JEWERLY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY‼️ Their jewelry is beautiful but customer service is horrible. Bought my engagement ring, enhancement ring and necklace at this company but everytime my husband and I go, they can't ever find us in their "system". I always have to carry around their receipts for records. It's super inconvenient to not be found in the system for cleanings or anything when you spend so much money on their products. My husband is also a Zales card member and they still can't seem to find us in their system with all the products we bought from them. Not worth having to prove your are a customer every single time! Just sounds fishy to me. Again, Don't buy from Zales!!

My previous review was 5 stars, but maybe that's because I had only bought 1 piece of jewelry. Now it's definitely not since buying 4 piece. First time my ring came home & I had it 2 days before we discovered one of the diamonds were loose, then we took it up there for the lady to get an attitude & tell me it wasn't, then inspect it again & tell me "I hope you're happy now because you were right". Now we bought a necklace with a diamond bone, I've heard people complain about how bad the necklaces are from here but I figured there would be no issue since it's 10k white gold, I wore it 3× and it snapped on the 3rd time. Then the Lady on the phone told us she would replace it but we couldn't get a return & replacement (so that we could get a receipt so if it happens again) because we got it on sale, that shouldn't matter y'all should honor the price it's bought for & replace it with a receipt plus I don't understand how y'all can replace it but not give a receipt so if it happens again. Makes absolutely no sense. I won't ever buy another necklace from y'all and I don't recommend anyone else do it either.

They were very welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. My associate (13534551) was such a wonderful and helpful. She was very knowledgeable of what they had in stock and what was on sale. Definitely enjoyed my visit so be sure to stop in an see them.

Excellent customer service from Meka and the manager Stacey! Always a pleasant experience. Our family has made multiple purchases at this location and have always received patient help in finding just what we are looking for as well as good deals. All of the ladies at this location are amazing! I am a frequent shopper and my experience is always personal! I am greeted by name and everyone is patient with me! Jameka is my personal associate and she understands my needs and always applies my wants to cater my shopping experience. I love this location and these ladies for assisting me! From start to finish my experience in this store was outstanding. I was greeted by the store manager Jonathan who was glad to help me. I went in to get my Invicta watch battery checked. Not only did they fix my watch they cleaned it and offered to clean my rings too. I left a happy customer. The store setting was very professional and so were the staff. I honestly give them a 10 but I guess a 5 will do.
