My wife and I had an issue with our Freightliner motor home that was repaired at this location , Tim and our mechanic AJ was very professional and helpful , got us back on the road in a timely manner and would recommend this location .

We towed a truck in for repair, the auto transmission wasn't shifting. Freightliner called said it was ready, I went out to pick the truck up. It wasn't shifting, I spoke with the service righter he sent the technician out, I overheard the technician say to another technician "all it was was a fuse" he tried to move the truck, no good. At this point I'm standing right there, he walks away. I'm wondering did he go to get a tool, after a while I'm thinking maybe he went to lunch, the truck was outside btw. Anyway I finally go back inside and talk to the same service righter. He says it's not ready we will call u. We drive back to our warehouse. An hour and a half wasted time for two men. Wouldn't you think the technician might check why the fuse was blown, before he called the customer to come and get the vehicle, I guess not, wondering how much they charged us for changing a fuse? Still don't have the truck.

Communication was not great. They also tacked on extra "fixes" that I didn't ask for nor did they ask me. I didn't know until they asked for money! I think this may be violating some laws. Not impressed.

Great place to do business with. Had a leaf spring and wiring harness replaced. Guys got me in and out pretty quickly. Cost was fair. Service dept.kept you updated on progress and facilty was awesome. Drivers lounge,showers laundry, courtesy vehicle.

I’ve waited a couple months to write this review so it was honest and accurate. First I’d like to say if your looking for a trustworthy place with exceptional customer service you should 100% come and get a truck here. These guys have been everything that you would want from a dealership when buying a truck. The entire place from the shop to the lounge is immaculately clean and you won’t find a more involved salesman than Lon Ferguson. He will take your calls or texts at any time and promptly get back to you. I bought a truck that had 600k+ miles. You’d expect to have a few issues that need to be addressed in time. I had a couple issues arise that weren’t covered under the 60 day and Lon immediately got together with the service manager Justin (who was also great to deal with) and worked out a more than fair deal to cover the issues I had. Another time I was outside the 60 day but Lon again stepped up with the help of Keith the manager of the Freightliner and again Justin from the service department and took care of the issue I had. Alex at the service department was in communication with eta’s on when my truck would be done and Lon was always in touch offering rides, lunch, and anything else he could help with. If your looking for a honest place (which is hard to find in this business) l highly recommend coming to this Freightliner. They backed the truck they sold, the work that was needed was done right by the service department, Lon had the backing of management, they were more than fair when they could’ve told me “I’m sorry but we just don’t cover those repairs” and finally what to me is most important the salesman that sold me the truck was honest and everyone there worked together to resolve my issues with great customer service the entire time. They have absolutely earned my business for the next truck for sure and if anyone asks I would absolutely refer them to this Freightliner. I will also always bring my truck here to be serviced. The help they gave is greatly appreciated.

The employees here are amassing. Outstanding service and advice I can count on. Alex again made this service as positive as possible. His advice was dead on and saved me form possibly doing damage to my Motorhome. Thanks to Tim and the two outstanding mechanics that expertly preformed my repairs and service. You are truly outstanding. I’m sorry I didn’t write your names down. I come back to this facility because of the outstanding employees. The facility is spotless and very comfortable. This is my shop of choice.

Laun Freguson (sorry for misspelling) the salesman is the gratest gentleman I have dealt with. I bought a truck from him and run to a minor issue and he got to it right away and helped me fix it. He help me with the warranty and I was able to get back on the road right away. Thank you again for your great help.
