Terrible design for. truck parking ( you must backup from blind side) they must have fun seeing drivers struggling to back in ( I was tired & sleepy when I got here, by the time time I backed in. I got a good workout and was no longer tired or sleepy) why not make Entrence a little closer and parking lot on the other side so driver can backup easy. ~Harsan

Great place to do business with. Had a leaf spring and wiring harness replaced. Guys got me in and out pretty quickly. Cost was fair. Service dept.kept you updated on progress and facilty was awesome. Drivers lounge,showers laundry, courtesy vehicle. ~Gary

Septic pumping. I had made an appointment with another company, one I had used previously, but for some reason this time they never showed up or communicated. I would call them, and they kept promising pumping... for which I waited around. They never showed up or initiated communication. This went on for four days! Enough! A family member recommended Smart Septic. Smart Septic showed up on time. They were professional, polite, and efficient. They explained everything and answered all my questions.
