I took my son to get ear pierced and Hector and Kayla were absolutely wonderful. I really enjoyed talking to them both and they made my son's piercing experience awesome. They made our shopping fun. They are both down to earth and that is a hard quality to find these days. I give them both 5 stars. Keep up the good work y'all.

I just left out of there and had to do a review. I was looking for headbands. I had two in my hand when she mentioned about the sale that I wasn't aware of. She helped me with the colors and even helped me try on the headbands as well. She was very sweet and I felt that she went the extra mile. I will definitely be back.

Gracelyn pierce my little girls ears yesterday. She was wonderful!! So patient and kind. My little one (age 9) was so scared and this was the fourth time I had brought her. Gracelyn let her watch 2 other people get their ears pierced and told her everything she was doing. She is a champ as it took way longer than it should have. All 3 employees on Sunday (10/17/21) where very friendly and understanding. A women even waited to go on break because she knew Gracelyn was busy. When the man checked us out he told my daughter her ears looked so good and she was so brave. I really hope Claire’s does everything in their power to keep these 3 outstanding employees!

Went in for ear piercing of our soon-to-be 13 yo. Our lady was sweet and answered all her questions. In and out pretty quickly. And they're having great sales right now too! We'll be back for her other set in January!

Had an absolutely exceptional experience when we visited the Claire's in the Tanger Outlet mall on October 9th. I was in with my six kids on a crowded Saturday. They got to spend of some of their "chore money." While they were looking around, the store Manager, Zipporah, mentioned their buy three get three sale on jewelry and hair accessories. It was exactly what my four daughters needed to spend their money and make sure they all got the jewelry set they were looking for. Each girl was able to get three different pieces of jewelry, which was at least one piece more than they were hopping for because of the sale. The rest of the team that day, Morgan and Hector, were patient as the kids put things back in the wrong place and asked a zillion questions about price. Thank you, Zipporah and the rest of the Claire's Pooler team, you made the day of each of my girls!

Extremely crowded and messy. Staff was not helpful and was almost downright rude. However, in the end the associate did help me. Also I feel like their prices are extremely high.

The African American young lady with the ponytails...so sorry I failed to get her name:(, was so super friendly. I was super frustrated after receiving bad service at H&M. She took the time to hear my rant and apologize several times on H&M's behalf. The store was very clean and the service was A+++

Everything is so cute!! Things for everyone and I LOVED how in to the fashion the staff is ... silly dressed up but so awesome!! Strong message for the littles that shop there to be yourself and shine! And you the prices are very reasonable and quality is on point!

Went to Claire's to buy an ankle bracelet today. The employee greeted me and told me about the current sale. There was one other customer in the store at the time. When I was ready to check out I stood at the counter for about 2 to 3 minutes while she helped the other customer completely ignoring me. I put the ankle bracelet back and went elsewhere.
