I hate being rushed to place my order at the drive thru .."does this complete the order .. anything else ma'am.. What else... ..does this complete the order" Like really lady I'll say that's all when I'm finished Other than that the food was excellent 👌 Thanks to the cooks

This was all the fried we get when ordering 2 large meals. They forgot one serving and the other one was half full, cold, undercooked and had no salt. We’ve been to this Mac a bunch of times as it’s the closest one but there is almost always something missing, they skimp on fries EVERY TIME and it’s usually old too. I think the Dairy Queen 1 minute from this place would be a better option.

Terrible! The food was warm.. I asked for no salt on my fries they had some salt and they were warm. I also asked for 1 salt packet they gave me 5 pepper packets. I waited for an hour for a big mac no sauce add ket and mustard, med fry and med drink it was a $5 deal and they never brought out my daughter's order. I went in to talk to the manager after my daughter spoke to her and she was very rude and did nothing .. My daughter and i both showed her the completed order on the app saying that it was already processed and completed.. She said she never recieved it..she kept walking away from me and was very rude! I lost that order...so after that I ordered my daughter 2 cheese burgers because they were about to close and i was in a hurry .. They made them with just cheese!!! No pickles.. No onions.. No ketchup.. No mustard.. Just cheese!!! Ignorant jurks!! Get new management because Miss Tiff is not doing her Job!

They don't serve Grilled chicken 😕. Frys was old,(Pasa a 5 minute hold time) my meat was dry plus I was being rushed while giving my order by lady in drive thur.

Drive through mix up. Waited at no. 2 did not get my order right. Went in to get it. Want be back. Ps. They said they had to cook some more. They did not. The fries at the bottom of the bag told me that. They lied to me.

The manager at the front counter wearing the red shirt with the dark auburn hair was very nice. She definitely gave me service with a smile. Wish others I’ve encountered could be like her.

Good place for cold mcnuggets, likely made and set under heat lamp. Staff friendly tho. Updated 12/8/21. These are old oil cooked saturated crispy buttermilk chicken biscuits served me today. Note the oil soaked napkins and dark coloring...Runny soupy side of gravy. Dry non-buttery biscuits. Pathetic. This place used to be awesome

My job ordered us breakfast and upon returning to work, I noticed my order was wrong so I called and told management what happened. They hand delivered a replacement within minutes and I got to have my breakfast too! They went above and beyond! Good job!!!
