Very rude employees. Purchased a vehicle here and got behind on payments. Offered to make a large payment in exchange for permission to register the vehicle for work purposes in a different state. They refused. Had to wait and pay the full remaining balance in order to get the title. So the purchased vehicle has not been drivable for about a year at that point because Riteway would not allow it to be registered. NOW it's been over 3 more months after the vehicle was paid for and we have no title. DMV has nothing about the vehicle even being registered in GA. They are not accepting correspondence. We call constantly different times different days and get nothing but a recording. This place is terrible!
