If I could give 0 stars I would. Car owners BEWARE! I took my car here because of the amazing reviews. I thought I had finally found an honest and trustworthy mechanic and it seems that is not the case. I had my radiator replaced here and WEEKS after it was “fixed” my car overheated and broke down on me again. I sent it back and they said my car had a leak in the waterline and I am being forced to pay for 13+ hours of labor on top of the additional repairs. They could not provide proof that the proper testing was completed once the radiator was put in and were unwilling to give me a break on the labor costs, despite other mechanics, in addition to their own mechanic, having told me that a leak in the water pump should have been caught after replacing the radiator. They simply did not care. To top that off, they didn’t even touch my vehicle for almost TWO WEEKS and provided no updates during that time. And to make matters worse, they didn’t even ATTEMPT to complete an additional repair I had requested during the long stay that my car had there. Absolutely unacceptable. All of the people that I recommended this place to will now be advised of my experience and I will be suggesting everyone look elsewhere for their car servicing needs. The employees are nice enough, but the actual work has proven to be slow and inadequate. Steer clear of this one if you’re looking for fast and reliable service!!!! Update! I picked up my car shortly after writing this review only to find that my belongings were missing from inside. They had no explanation and said they must not have locked it and someone must have gone through it and stolen my things. It is clear someone went through my car. Not only was stuff missing but papers and things from my center console were thrown all over the place on the floor. My daughters booster seat and my sun visor were all I could tell for sure that was missing. Now I’m finding that her tablet was also stolen from under the seat (I was unaware it was in there or I would have removed it since I’m always sure to remove expensive items before my car is serviced). The lady at the front desk tried to “make it right” by reimbursing me the cost of the booster seat, but I am just livid at how this whole experience has turned out. Funny enough, I stopped at a store on my way home and was discussing this ridiculous experience when another customer heard the story of how my car broke down the 2nd time and, without knowing all the details, said “it sounds like someone replaced your radiator without replacing it checking the water pump). Paul’s Automotive seriously screwed me over. I know this because I have NEVER had ac issues and ever since they worked on it the first time I was noticing that the ac would quit kicking out cold air when I would sit idling. I explained all of this, but like I said, they didn’t care and apparently just wanted my money for the work that I would have been able to avoid had they done their job right the first time. Oh and btw, my car is now making noises it didn’t make before, and the drive does not feel right - I wish I knew more but it sounds like it would if it were stuck in high gear when taking off, and feels like it’s jerking a little bit when changing gears. I also now hear a rattling or clicking sound that sounds like it’s coming from the ac vent.)🤷🏻♀️ I don’t know but the LAST thing I want to do is leave my car with them for another 2+ weeks only to get screwed over again. This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had and I wish this kind of service on no one.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! My car overheated on me in the middle of May and I decided to trust Paul's Automotive based off of their good reviews. BIG MISTAKE. On the initial visit they kept my car for two weeks. Imagine my surprise when a short 3 weeks after I finally got it back, my car overheated and broke down on me again. I sent it back to Paul's assuming they would make it right, but they decided they were going to charge for 13 hours of labor to go back into the same area they had just worked on. They failed to check or fix my water pump, which is routine when a radiator is replaced or worked on. I pleaded with the owner himself and he did not care, and I had to pay the full bill in order to get my car back. While picking up my car after the second two-week visit, I realized my belongings that were in my car were missing. It turns out they left my car unsecured while it was in their care. So not only did I have to pay for their mistake, but I also lost $100's of dollars worth of stuff and charges on a credit card from a thief, because of them. To make matters worse, now WEEKS after the last stay my car had at Paul's, my car is overheating AGAIN! I called the owner, explained the situation, and told him I was more than happy to pay for the parts they supposedly replaced, but that I at least wanted my money back for the labor they did, since the issue still isn't resolved and they literally failed to do their job. Paul himself said "well we fixed the parts we said we did" and also that his lawyer told him to "do nothing" in regard to this matter. So in short, they will not care enough to make sure the car is actually FIXED when you leave it to them. It's like fixing a fan, but leaving the power cord broken. All these parts work together and they know this, but it's as if they like to trick people into having to come back for more work. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOU CAR MAINTENANCE NEEDS.

This wasn’t recent, but went there in the past for a rotate and balance. Dropped my Jeep off and came back to find out that they’d stripped the locking lug nuts on TWO tires, and still charged me for the balancing of the two they did take off and 1/2 of the rotation. No discount, or even a “sorry” for stripping locking my lug nuts. It was “my problem”. I had to go to a dealership, where they, THANK GOD, took me without an appointment, and chiseled the lug nuts off. They realized chow dangerous the situation could be for me, and did it at NO CHARGE!! I’d never go here again!!!

I popped in with a last minute request for 4 tires on the Yukon for a trip to Atlanta the next morning. They had the Tires delivered to the shop, installed, mounted and balanced in about 2 hours! The truck rides so smooth now. Better than new!! Definitely my go to tire shop in Rincon! And the staff is a pleasure to talk to . Thomas Hamilton

They are amazing.. they don't try and up sale, and they are excellent mechanics. A person that doesn't know about cars can rely on them to treat u right and fix what needs to be fixed.. I highly recommend them
