ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!! They are all amazing. I have personally used Juanita for 3 years and I can't say enough. She is always available to answer questions and takes the time to explain. WE live about an hour away and the office makes it so convenient for us. If you are not using them you are missing out. I would never think of going anywhere else. If you have basic or extensive they are for you! 5 star ++++++

Let me just go on and share MY opinion of this establishment and those people that occupy that space and "work so hard and such long hours" !! I have NEVER EVER EVER EVER (I can NOT stress that well enough) EVER IN MY ENTIRE 36 YEARS ON THIS PLANET.... YES I AM A YOUNG 36 YEARS...but as I was trying to say...I have NEVER EVER EVERRRR in my short life had to deal with such.... I don't even know how to say it. Jeff, Juanita, Mercedes, and Andrea are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!!! I love the new look still. It's inviting and makes life seem not so intense in what can sometimes be a tense situation. I love the fact that I am extremely tax illiterate and all I have to do is walk in, hand my stuff over to Juanita, or any of them for that matter and go on about my life and my taxes will be taken care of and I don't have to stress over it and if they need anything, they will ask. ..I sure couldn't do it myself and get it correct. They are lovely, fun, humble folks. They really are very hard workers. To the point that, as I have mentioned to her, ITS A GOOD THING JUANITA CANT TAKE HER WORK HOME WITH HER!!!! She wouldn't ever get no sleep. I imagine that coffee bill would be outragious!! (She deserves a raise.... )Seriously guys,thank yall for all of your hard work and long hours, headaches and genuine kindness. Yall rock. And that boss lady..... she is a force to reckon with... and loves her job that is plain to see.... 1 suggestion if I may, Juanita, it's looks weird without all your plants....

I would recommend American Family to anyone looking to get they’re taxes done or cashing a check. The staff is very knowledgeable as well as helpful especially the newer face’s ( Mercedes and Andrea)

Ms. Juanita Burgess incredibly helpful. I had one crazy 2021. She helped me get everything together, told me what write offs I was missing and was exceptionally patient with me. She was extremely organized, very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back next tax season!
