If I could I would give this place 0 stars. This place is horrible I stated to go here at the end of may and only when for a few weeks I have not been back since June I’ve called several times a week and nobody got back to me I switch to a new therapist. This place is not for mental health my got worst after being “helped” she did NOTHING she didn’t give be any coping skills,She just agreed on what I was saying. This place is not kid friendly it’s more for adults with drug and alcohol problems. I went to my “last” appointment at 11:00am and nobody was there it took me over a month to get someone on the phone finally I still have not gone back i would NEVER recommend this place ever

I tried multiple times to contact this place and left multiple messages. No one ever called me back. I finally physically went there and spoke to the lady at the desk. She stared at me blankly and every single question I asked her she answered with "I don't know." I left my information, my children's information and our insurance information and no one ever called me back.

I had a appointment at 9 on may 9th. (What I was told) for values class. I got sit for 40 mins waiting for anyone at all calling over and over with no answers. I messaged on google and I wasn't put down nor was the class i was supposed to have the day before. Not happy having the wrong date and waste of gas
