If there was a choice to not put a star up I would do it... the employees seem to have no general knowledge of basic requests....Food orders were wrong, back to back... the manager was yelling and screaming at the employees and vice versa.... this McDonald's definitely needs to be evaluated by someone who knows how to efficiently run a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT.... Kid-friendliness: Be careful though bc cuss words fly around by employees quite often

Employees were wonderful. Fries were hot and fresh. Big Mac was a mess. Store was clean and quiet.

Took forever to get food that was cold and order was missing quarter pounder with cheese. Thank goodness I kept the receipt to prove when I went back in to get it I got told well we probably didn't charge you for one that's why you didn't get it and when I showed her the receipt to prove they did charge me, she went over to the manager and he said they probably took it out of the bag and left it in the car just to get free food. Never going to that one again. Parking: Useless you have to sit there forever and still don't get your food.

I mobile ordered twice today and when I got there my orders are not showing up on their system. I mobile ordered many many times before without any problems. I will not go to this Mcdonald again...not driving through, not in restaurant, or mobile order.

I would give this store 0 stars if it was an option. Stopped in for a drink. That’s all I wanted. Pretty easy right? Apparently not. The drive through was backed up around the store so I went in. Apparently they don’t use live people to work registers here. They have those infernal kiosks on which you are required to order. So, I ordered a drink. It was $1.07. I didn’t want to pay with a card because of the amount so opted to pay cash. The kiosk instructed me to take my receipt to “any open register” and pay. Unfortunately it didn’t give me a receipt. Having not used these kiosks before, I just assumed they would see the order and someone would come over to the register to take my $1.07. But no. It never happened. So, after waiting for several minutes watching someone who came in after me get their order I thought “maybe I should order on another kiosk and see if I get a receipt.” I did. Still wanting to pay cash I once again opted for a register with the same misguided logic I used earlier. So, after 7 more minutes, and no drink or anyone asking me anything, I gave up and left. Went to a Circle-K down the street and got a larger drink in a styrofoam cup for an extra 20 cents. I’m less than a minute. Including parking, getting out, pouring the drink, paying and restarting the truck.

Helpful staff, same good McDonald's food, and overall clean restaurant and bathrooms. This location still has a play place for the kids and my kids love going to play there. Vegetarian options: Plenty of food with no meats on the menu. Kid-friendliness: Cool climate controlled playground. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps at all entrances and handicap parking on one side.

My son loves McDonald's I stop giving him there food. Because the hamburger was not cooked all the way it was uncooked on more the two times. I took the food Back and one of the managers got p***** with me and had an attitude so I do not not buy food at McDonald's it McDonald's eyeboycott.

Typically this is a go to McDonalds for me since I've moved to Winder. The food is amazing hands down. I would like to see some organizational changes at this store however. My most recent in store visit I watched a night shift manager completely humiliate one if the teenage employees because I asked him to sell me items that are not clearly priced and needed a modification to complete the sale. Instead of assisting the employee, the manager goes on to voice his opinion of the teenager's incompetence to the entire restaurant loudly. This type of leadership is not the McDonald's franchise I know and love. Please save your brand and get that manager some training.

Hello. Hope this email finds you well. My family is a huge fan of McDonald’s and that’s why we patronize the establishment that’s right down the street from us often. However, who would’ve known tonight would’ve changed our perspective on the restaurant. My husband ordered a burger 🍔 and but into it just to find out it was completely raw. RAW. Red in the middle. Please contact me directly so this can be resolved. Hopefully this doesn’t turn into food poisoning.

Normal fast food, nothing excited for. The employees do not give even the 50% of their potential to make it better. Food presentation... I will give a 2 from 5 been excellent. I had to take a picture of my biscuit because it looks like it was mad on me so, I added some to make it fun to eat at the beginning of the day.
