I have been on Med quest as well as my children for 8 years and have never been able to get ahold of them or anyone from that office I have been on hold for 45 minutes and then auto to the main menu. It sucks I always have had to go downtown to the office there & wait in a long ass line.

Good luck ever trying to contact them by phone to get ANYTHING done. I've been try to contact someone FOR DAYS. Kinda hard to get things done, by a certain time, when no one answers. And whenever my call is sucessfully answered, I get transfered to another rep/line - then I'm told that my call could not be completed, as I'm waiting. It's either that or everyone seems to be busy. No matter what time I call, it always seems to be busy. I'd hate to have to take off of work, just to report a simple change, but I guess I have no choice now. The one star is only for the nice people who answered me, trying to help. Least functional, helpful phone system ever.

Horrible Phone Navigation,. Constantly Gets Cut OFF... Stupid Processing System.. Kindergarten Personnel...Makes One Soo Pissed Off.. Makes You End Up Driving There.. Of Course A Security Guard Eyeing You Up. Confusing And Badly Created Phone And Online System.. Almost Wish You Were Dead..!!!!
