The worst movers we have worked with throughout our 4 overseas moves over the years.... our things were thrown in boxes with no attention to breakables like picture frames and little things like that. Shoved things that didn't belong in dresser drawers like temporary blinds that are 3 ft by 6 ft crumpled in a ball with stickies on the back so they got stuck and peeled the paint inside, my daughter's things were paid attention to the least for example her changing pad being squished and never able to return to normal, our baby camera and monitor thrown in a drawer without padding around it, no organization at all either. Not impressed with a single aspect of their help. It's been more work to unpack the boxes than it would've been for us to pack AND unpack it all ourselves.

Worst pack out ever. It began with them being a few hours late. Then I guess they rushed my pack out because now that I have my things I see how they were able to complete the work within a few hours. My household goods were DUMPED into boxes. No care was taken at all. Books, trinkets, you name it were destroyed. Toys (which I organized prior to their arrival in containers) were dumped out of their containers and into large wardrobe boxes. Clothing dumped into boxes. Even clothing on hangers were treated this way. Many boxes were not labeled to top this all off. Unpacking has been an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend their services to anyone who has a choice when it comes to this matter.

Very fast and hard working, polite also. They were late for the scheduled time but I was there third house that day. I had no trouble when I called them to find out what was going on.

The three guys that came to move us were very motivated and quick while still maintaining quality. They arrived right on time and were very thorough.

I contacted Westpac to handle our move from Ewa Beach, HI. to North Ogden, UT. John came out to give us a quote and at first was great. Moving day came and their moving guys came out. That experience was the best I have been through. We were prior Military and have dealt with many moving companies. Their movers were very careful, caring and respectful of us and more importantly, our things. It was after that the stress kicked in and the back and forth began. John called with the final and updated quote. It was thousands more than the first quote we received. All of a sudden it went from being charged by weight to be charged PER crate. I am a controlling and extreme worrier. I repeatedly asked prior to packing if we were going to be charged by weight and if the price would increase. I was told yes and was reassured we would be charged by weight. When I expressed my concern to John, I was met with attitude and with him raising his voice at me. My husband could hear him yelling at me and tried taking the phone to "speak" to John. By this time Westpac had my household goods and there was nothing I could do but kiss a$$ and pray. Thank God that there was someone else going to Utah and we were able to share a container together. In the end I did end up paying for the weight only price. Please read and understand the quote emails. The terminology was not in layman's terms or easy for non-moving company professionals to understand. I was yelled at when I asked for an explanation. When it was time to deliver and unpack, we found out that my daughters full size bed and bunkbed board was left behind during the repacking of container. How do you leave out such a huge box?! Our furniture was delivered on 2/15/2016 and to date we still have not received the bed. I did give the company a 4 star review because the packing, loading and unloading guys were GREAT and price was still cheaper than other companies. I was told that a credit of $250 was to be mailed to me as an apology for forgetting the bed but still have yet to receive that too.

As most people know, moving can be a very busy time with that considered, moving companies should endeavor to be on time. Not only did they completely miss the 2 hour window that they chose, they did not even call me to tell me they were going to be late. Now I have missed a huge window of time that could have been used on other preparations if I had at least known.
