7 Best moving and storage service in Honolulu, Hawaii (HI) 2024

Wonderful experience!! Customer service was phenomenal. Erlinda assisted us in picking up our reserved trailer and she was so kind and helpful. She was the only one working the counter and she was swamped, but multi-tasked and got customers in and out as efficiently as she could. The trailer and equipment was in excellent condition, clean, and the fuel level and mileage were exact. Dropping off was easy and pain-free. The gentleman who helped us with the return was also friendly and very helpful! Sadly I forgot to ask his name. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough! This has been the only pain-free part of our moving process, and U-Haul’s rockstar employees brightened up a very stressful day for us. ~Kayla

The guys over at Hawaii Moving Services were great! Nothing is more stressful than moving. They made my move painless and stress-free. They were efficient and quick, and they even brought their tools with them to help me break down my furniture. They packed all my fragile items and were very careful moving all of my furniture. I was worried how I would get rid of all the junk stored in my back yard, but Hawaii Moving Services took care of that for me by offering junk removal service. They offer different services like moving, junk removal, and storage. They are also locally owned. I have dealt with several moving companies, but I tell you Hawaii Moving Services is the best! I would highly recommend these guys for your moving needs! ~Mike

The worst movers we have worked with throughout our 4 overseas moves over the years.... our things were thrown in boxes with no attention to breakables like picture frames and little things like that. Shoved things that didn't belong in dresser drawers like temporary blinds that are 3 ft by 6 ft crumpled in a ball with stickies on the back so they got stuck and peeled the paint inside, my daughter's things were paid attention to the least for example her changing pad being squished and never able to return to normal, our baby camera and monitor thrown in a drawer without padding around it, no organization at all either. Not impressed with a single aspect of their help. It's been more work to unpack the boxes than it would've been for us to pack AND unpack it all ourselves. ~Hope
