My favorite place to go for ceramic. The selection available for a quick job is better than Home Depot or Lowe’s selection in my humble opinion. If you have time to plan and order the selection choice ramps up to endless possibilities. The staff is great from the front entrance to loading. Super friendly, helpful, fast, knowledgeable and most important, cool. Easy to make friends with the staff. They all work as a great team I can see. Customer service was fantastic. The most impressive is every time I go in the owner is present and working. How often do we see that anymore? I am definitely a repeat customer and they are great at recognizing that.

These 5 stars are for Mary! We visited the store today to get a design plan for a small condo kitchen remodel and Mary was just such a pleasure, I feel obligated to write about our experience. Firstly, we have been looking for new cabinets for our kitchen for 3 whole months and trying to get a consultation with anyone ,has been damn near impossible or 3-4 weeks out. and this is just for a consultation! after literally giving up and coming to terms that maybe this wasn't in the books for us, we had gotten a referral to check Mary out at Ceramic Tile Plus. To be honest, we had been here the 2 weeks previous and walked around the store for almost an hour, with not one employee offering to help us or even greet us. It was a Saturday and apparently only 2 people were working and the store was full of people, so we get it, however, it kind of left us questioning whether we wanted to do business here. A week later we talked with a friend who referred us to Mary. so.. I called that day, got an immediate response and a consultation for the next day as her first appt. Once we arrived the next day, Mary was ready with all of my measurements I had sent and waiting to do business. She was serious and showed she had done her homework over night. She then continued to wow us with her design expertise and input. also, the fact that she was really listening and paying attention to what I wanted and needed in my layout too. this seems simple and part of their job, but after 3 other consultations with other companies, I felt like none of which designed the kitchen as to what I was requesting, i really appreciated Mary's attention to detail and her patience to get us exactly what we needed for our small space. She is a true professional and such an asset to the company. We haven't even received our cabinetry or counters yet, but I had to write about today's experience because we are still feeling so fortunate to have found such wonderful help after feeling so defeated with our project. We have used Ceramic Tile Plus for many, many renovation projects on different properties. We have purchased stone countertops, kitchen, bath and office cabinetry, hardware, trim, and various types of tile (glass, ceramic, porcelain, stone) from them over the years. We've always enjoyed excellent quality products and top notch customer service. This is a long time family business that turns many customers into friends. It really is a pleasure to walk in their doors to see friendly faces, knowledgeable staff and even a great shot of espresso. I rarely write reviews but this one is earned many times over.

My experience with Ceramic Tile Plus as follows: I went in for a small remodel in my haiku home across the island. The second you walk in you are greeted at the door with smiling faces. They have a good selection of designers to work with as well as sales associates that were more than helpful. They have a great selection of in stock cabinets, tile, and stone! They also have a huge selection of other tiles that you can order. For off island order it only took 3 weeks to get in from the mainland. One of the boxes of tile was broken when I received it and they took it back and offered to reimburse me or order another box. All and all I loved my experience with them and plan on coming back for my future remodel needs.

Warning! Warning! Don't say you weren't WARNED. No accountability , no follow up, TAKES ALL YOUR MONEY AND DOESNT DELIVER A COMPLETE KITCHEN.....and then blames you! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I'd receive one invoice from one person and then yet another for the same item, but different pricing and they always stick you with the higher quoted price. Ordered in March and still am missing pieces in August! Rude, did I mention severely damaged cabinets ( multiple) and only a 150.00 credit offered! Try getting to the owner , Ellie- IMPOSSIBLE! If I were you, I'd stay far away....unless of course you want half a kitchen and want to be blamed 😒Argh!

This was the only store on Maui that could order the natural stone tiles I wanted. Service was 5 star. The other 2 stores on Maui that carry tiles, well, the service is practically non existent.

I would warn anyone not to use this company. They offered me a "top quality" stainless steel sink with the purchase of granite kitchen countertops. Within 5 months, (4 mos. unused as the house was empty), rust spots appeared and they blamed my workers. First saying they put chemicals in the sink and then by claiming my workers put steel shavings in my sink to rust. They had no proof of those allegations and could by no means substantiate those outrageous claims. They refused to take any ownership or responsibility for a faulty sink in which they gave me. They also informed me they have a Better Business Bureau representative in Honolulu that they notify and she grabs all of their complaints for "special processing". I have since spoken to many other people that would agree with my critique and complain of poor customer service and a "no fault" attitude for any mistakes. Having a BBB rep. must really help. I didn't mention how badly they scratched and dinged my bedroom walls trying to put shower granite in and again no compensation for the damage. There is a very condesending arrogance about the way they do business.
