Waited 30min to receive my food. First sign was the fact that the fries were old. Thankfully I didn't bite the burger. The vegetables were rotting and rancid. IM NOT KIDDING I posted a picture. The meat looked like old dog food as well. Seriously the most fked up thing that has ever happened to me and eve had Thanksgiving dinner in county jail before

Whenever your stomach growls and says feed me head over to 1590 Adams Ave and get your feed on and especially the Sourdough Burger, so exceptional and tasty that whenever i think about that Sourdough Burger and the Team Players who put it together was right on time, to sooth my hunger Growls . They have an odd drive-thru if your alone in the car- on passenger side- but the young man came out and took the payment and then brought our food out to us as the car in front was still waiting on the rest of their order. Nice and friendly employees! Great job all of you! Thanks for the really great service!

Small little place with all the bells and whistles. Big enough parking lot indoor seating only. if you are using the drive through be ready to pay on the passenger side not the driver side. Usually not crowded

Beware! They said my card didn't go thru then asked for cash and then I find the charge did go thru. I called the cops. The cashier printed a receipt that is NOT MINE & said it was mine......

An employee here was wearing Airpods and looking at his phone when he was dealing with the customer. They seriously need to educate their employees. Also, the bacon in the guacamole burger was stiff and that wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Was not happy whatsoever with this location. Went through the drive-thru it appeared completely empty inside. There was no line that drive through. And when we got to the order menu the guy working the window asked us to wait. We waited 6 or 7 minutes before I got back to us and we were ready to drive off and had a lighter cars behind us. When we got to the window we had to wait another extended amount of time and it looked like they were highly understaffed. Also the drive-thru is very awkwardly designed. You order from the driver's side but have to pay from the passenger side likely I had a passenger or I don't know how that would have worked.

Prices to high and burgers to small!! The burgers are for kids under ten... Carls hasnt been good for years.. They dont give you much for your money... Wish I could say something good BUT when your the one paying Quality and Quantity count especially in these times...🤯 .

Love the food, the staff is super friendly but that drive thru -_- if I go with someone that's fine but by myself that stretch is something. Not sure why the drive thru was made so awkwardly but that's the only minus I can think of. I loved being able to use my student ID to get a discount when in college, any savings counts.
