Needed a U-Haul and chose to use "Truck Share". It went fairly smoothly. They had to switch my truck number but wasn't their fault. System eventually updated the change. Had to extend my return twice so I used the chat feature for the extensions each night. Also went smoothly. Only real hiccup was the actual return. App had trouble locating me. It happens. After several tries I followed a night procedure, parked the truck, took pics of everything, locked both the truck and the back with the dolly and left a VM the next day. The office updated my final invoice with exact mileage used and no extra charges. The U-Haul app and "Truck Share" program are designed to help customers help themselves. I appreciate that. The guys have their hands full maintaining the trucks and trailers for us to use. Good job to everyone involved.

Do not rent from this place! We all know how stressful moving is already. The last thing you need is a place that is unreliable. I reserved my U-Haul online and when I went to pick it up and they were closed! I knocked on their doors - no answer. I called their number - no answer. Thankfully there was another U-Haul place in town that was able to rent me a U-Haul at the very last minute. There are so many places to rent from. Again - do not rent from A & H Rentals!

I rented a Uhaul trailer, they were friendly, communicated clearly, helped troubleshoot my light connection, and were incredibly flexible with pickup. Because I was moving there were many moving parts and they were able to continually adjust my pickup time with little-to-no notice.

Honestly, this place should be shut down. Worst customer service ever. My partner went inside to pick up the truck and came to realize later on that they gave us a truck with almost ZERO gas. We've been trying to call them for the past hour now and now we are trying to call U-Haul in general. We have now spent $80 on fuel for an empty tank purposely given to us because apparently no one can do their job here correctly. Terrible customer service since we have left numerous voicemail and phone calls. MOVING IS ALREADY STRESSFUL ENOUGH. To go through all this to have almost broken down on the HIGHWAY, this place is disgusting and trashy. Place should be shut down and I honestly doubt they will even compensate us since they're so negligent. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Literally, the worst service we have ever experienced.

My partner and I are moving from Greeley to Longmont. My partner and I reserved a truck to pick up the night before, but we ended up not being able to make it. My partner called them at 2pm when our pickup wasn’t until 7. No one answered her call, so she left a voicemail. No one called back. She tried calling again this morning at both 8:40am and 9:30am. Again, no answer and voicemail was left. We decided to show up, as we needed the truck to move. Come to find out, they gave our truck to someone else. When we asked why we never had any communication from them, they came up with the reasoning of “their phones were being weird and they had to get them fixed.” Despite this, SOMEONE should have reached out to us and answered us. Needless to say, we wasted half of our day driving to get the truck from Longmont, only to have to turn around, head back to Greeley, and figure something else out. We do not recommend this place and we never will.

I had a great experience with A&H. The trucks were clean, the staff made everything easy. If they couldn't get to the phone when I called, they called me right back. Easily one of the best parts of my move.

Very confusing, very little instructions for returning after close and charges. Im disabled, so I hope and then see how things play out. Wells fargo got involved Had to question why my card was charged twice. I could have rented a truck from any rental place for the same rate once they add the per mile, which in colorado is extremely expensive.

Legitimately the worst service I have ever experienced. They were open, the open sign was on, we had a reservation to pick up a u-haul, and no one was there and the doors were locked. The u-haul online pickup was malfunctioning, and they were also no help. While we were waiting, 2 other people came by to try and pick up a truck, and found themselves in the same boat. If you are looking for reliable rental service, I would suggest going elsewhere.
