I was sent a coupon for full synthetic oil change on my ram 3500 diesel for $139.95 (good deal right). I feel ripped off because they put in conventional oil NOT synthetic! No longer a bargain! Now I need to change oil myself to insure I run synthetic! What a waste of my time and money!! I did get a reply from service manager and he offered me a refund or put in the oil I was expecting. I felt he was sincere and wanted me to be satisfied. Thank you for the offer and follow up to my review.

I had a wonderful experience here buying my new 2022 Jeep Rubicon. I had been working with Matthew Laramy for several months to get quotes and have a new jeep built. From the very first email Matthew has been awesome. I had quotes from several other dealerships and even had one that said they would give me a couple of extras thrown in, but I chose to go with Prestige because of Matthew. He was super professional, treated me like a person, not a sale, and made the entire process so easy. Mathew kept me up to date with the whole process of my Jeep being built and answered all of my questions along the way. He was just as great in person when we came and picked up the Jeep on Saturday! He made it so easy for us. In the past I have hated buying cars and always dread the process, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had! I also wanted to mention that Jaoquin Castro was great to work with as well. He was super nice, explained every step of the process, and got us in and out with signed contracts very fast. I will recommend your dealership to anyone that I hear of purchasing a new car, and will certainly return when it comes time for myself to buy a new one.

I was originally contacted by Ricky Pim at Prestige after putting in a query on the official Jeep website for a very specific new model Jeep Grand Cherokee that has been incredibly hard for me to find. At first I was annoyed by the contact by Prestige, but decided to stop by in person to see what they had available. I was met by his brother Ponlue Pim and immediately felt comfortable working with him. He listened to my laundry list of “needs” in a new vehicle and suggested a vehicle that they happened to have in stock that checked all of my boxes, but wasn’t the exact “model” I was looking for. Let me tell you that he NAILED IT! Ponlue’s knowledge of the Jeep brand is incredible, and made it very easy to get me exactly what I wanted. I ended up leaving that day with a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee with the Altitude package. It’s a beautiful vehicle that is an absolute joy to drive. The whole process was quick and easy. He helped me get everything setup start to finish. I even got a text afterwards thanking me and asking if I had everything I needed after the purchase. I am floored by the experience. It was worth the drive from Breckenridge to Longmont - Luke Hathaway-Clark in sales (and his manager, Josh) kept us informed, worked with us and are available to help with questions after the sale as well! What an all-around great experience with helpful staff for every aspect of a car shopping experience! I am not easily impressed, but will return here for future car acquisitions.

I had serious issues with my older Jeep Cherokee. I talked with Patrick in the service department and he helped us get the car to Their service department. He kept me well-informed as the work progressed and provided advice on what really needed to be done vs. what could be done at a later time. It needed tires at some point and Patrick said they currently had a buy 3 get 1 for $1 offer so we had that done too, but he did not pressure us at all. The work was done very professionally and the cars runs like it’s brand new even though it’s 10 years old. Also met Randy the sales manager who wanted to be sure all was done to our satisfaction. I felt very comfortable with their guidance along the way because they truly seemed genuine in their concern. Won’t go anywhere for service work or our next vehicle!
