I’m baffled by the lack of honesty from this place. My boyfriend had took my BMW to have an oil change 2 weeks ago. Upon waiting he sat there for 7 minutes when they had let him know that they were finished. He was stunned because he had never had quick service like that. Upon bringing my car back to me I noticed the system in my car continued to say it needed oil. I ask my boyfriend again if he saw them change the oil. He explained how quick the service was and that he was asked to wait inside . I called them and spoke to a guy with a foreign accent . I continued to ask him about my servicing and he explained that I need to go on YouTube to reset my system because he doesn’t know how . He continued to tell me that I can do it myself by watching YouTube . I know how to reset my own system. I have done a reset a total of 3 times and my car still says it needs oil. I had took my car to 3 different lube places for them to refuse service for liability reasons which is completely understandable.. however, this has been a frustrating experience . Now my car is beginning to have several issues that was never there before. I’m beyond frustrated at the service and lack of honesty. I’m glad to know that others had a better experience. However, I can not say the same for myself . Service: Oil change

I've been coming to this location on and off for several years now. My grandfather used to bring me here when I got my first vehicle, and I've been hooked since. The service is fast and friendly, and they have the best pricing I've found, so the drive is really worth it! 10/10 service!

They do an amazing job and they're reasonably priced and they have synthetic oil. I get my emissions done every year for 13 bucks and usually getting oil change and in this case my headlight changed. Good prices honest people.

I have been using Castrol Fast Lube for MANY years with no problems until now.. They “replaced” my blower motor for $200 only for me to take it to NUMEROUS shops & them tell me that the blower motor that was put into my car do not work. The guy I spoke with was very rude & told me “I was wasting their time” because I asked them to replace my blower motor. They “replaced” my blower motor once again for shops to continue to tell & SHOW me that the blower motor still does not work. I have given this company hundreds of dollars to fix maintenance problems on my car and have never complained about any work done. After today I will never spend another dollar at this company! This is my go-to place for oil changes. They do what you need and don’t do the high-pressure add-on sales thing like other places often do. They will tell you if you need something done, but not make a big deal out of trying to get you do it right then and there. Prices are very competitive. Unlike the chain places that have high turnover, here you always find the same people working and can feel confident that they know what they’re doing. Usually quick service. Very professional and friendly customer service. They also do emissions for a competitive price. Plus it’s nice to feel that you’re supporting a local business instead of a corporate chain. Owner is very nice, and the prices are reasonable. Oh, and he has lower priced emissions test. I decided to start coming here because he helped me in a bind when my check engine light came on. He fixed it promptly, and he knew right away that I needed a tune up. The other mechanic I had kept telling me I didn’t need one because new cars don’t usually need one, even though I was getting them with my previous cars. My previous mechanic fixes cars based on when a problem shows up, whereas I like to do schedules maintenance to lower the chance of a problem showing up while I’m driving.

Best service, lives up to its name. They are fast! Friendly, and you don't have to get out of your car, which is a great thing for me 😊 Unbeatable prices! Trust me, I checked. One place wanted $89.95. These guys did it for literally half that. And in about 10 minutes. We will go here as long as we live within a 30-minute drive.

I called about doing an oil change and if I can bring my own oil/filter and they were fine with it (many shops don’t like that). The guy gave me a good price and said they can do it in 10 min. I was very surprised that I got there and I was literally out in 10 min and I didn’t get asked to pay more than I was quoted.
