It was OK, they tried to upcharge me on a few things so I ended going elsewhere for new tires. They said they were unable to check transmission fluids on my Chrysler and there were a couple things that they said may be caused by a minor problem or it may be caused by something much more serious and didn’t really give too much more info.

Cedric listen to my concerns for my vehicle issues and my reluctance to get the service done due to cost; Cedric then recommended the Firestone Credit card to ease my anxiety. I was then introduced to Demond who would be working on my vehicle and after my parts arrived He came to let me know my parts came in and and would get me out shortly. Not only did he keep me inform of his progress; He also did an excellent job on my car. Thank you Gentlemen.

Went online Friday night and scheduled an appointment for an alignment at 10 AM. Got the reply on Saturday morning. Showed up around 9:45 AM, With the amount of people in the waiting area, I was expecting 2 hours.. My car was done at 10:30 AM, and I was on my way.

Went to this location to get tires. Paid for two tires and was told it would be an hr. Two hrs later tech states that he could not replace one of my tires due to rim being bent. Tech never once touched my vehicle, when asked for manager was told one moment. Tech walked to garage and called police. After speaking to officer this is their protocol to call the police on customers instead of providing adequate customer service. I had my child with me, had to drive across town ( they waited until 7pm to notify me they weren’t able to assist) with a damaged tire. Went to another tire shop and they replaced my tires without issue. Over trash company wouldn’t spend another dollar here.

I highly suspect their employee burned the clutch of my car during the test drive after brake pad and rotor service. When I picked it up the cab was filled with a choking burnt odor (before I started the engine) and brake service light was still on. I went in and told the counter, to which they responded there was no one there to look at the issues (@4:54pm...) and I should come back the next day. The car barely accelerated on my trip home and stalled from every stop. The next day they couldn't reset the brake light because the sensor was not seated properly and told me the smell (which had disappated while driving) was the new brake pads. I naively believed them. A week later the acceleration was so poor that the car was not safe. Took it back and they said, "yep it is the clutch flywheel". Firestone corporate investigated and said it was coincidence. A lawyer consult said it would be hard to prove so here I am NEVER going there again.

The manager(Cedric) promises a quick in and out service. Failed to deliver. It took them three hours to do oil change on suburban. Manager didn't even care to check if it was completed. Truck was done and out for pickup for half an hour. I had to ask him I am in a hurry to go then he asks me(the customer) if it was done. I thaught he should know and follow up especially that I had an appointment to be there and was promised quick service. This shop will tell you whatever just to get you in and then they will start the work and abandon it while on the lift. And finally he couldn't find my paperwork I had to leave without it. How can anyone trust them for doing the work right when the evidence shows the are sloppy? They are just terrible people at this location! Neff said.

The mechanics did poor work with diagnostics when I went here. They tried to take advantage of the fact that I was a female who needed important work done on my vehicle. The price was outrageous that they quoted me and then they took apart my car and wouldn't even try to put it back together. They were joking and laughing about it. Then told me I'd have to have my car towed home, which was only about 10 minutes away straight shot. The guy at the front seemed pretty nice. I do not recommend you get your car serviced here.

My experience was so horrible, I had to laugh to keep from crying. I had an appointment for 10 AM to get four tires installed and I left at 2 PM. Halfway through my wait, I asked the gentleman at the desk what was taking so long and the he went to investigate. He found that they only had three of the four tires in the building. No one ever came to explain prior to that. The gentlemen told me that he was going to drive himself to go purchase the fourth tire. I don't know if he had trouble finding one, but he was gone for some time. They then attempted to charge me full price. I never received an apology from anyone. I requested a discount for the inconvenience and he gave me about $35 off which was laughable. Again, he just blamed someone named Cedric and that was it. Updates throughout my four hour wait and an apology could have went a long way.

THEY MESSED UP MY CAR. I came 4 week ago to get my car check, the cost of the check is 130, and they said everything is great, NOTHING IS WRONG, the only problem is my speed sensor but it doesn’t need to be fix,I just need to change my tires so I change all 4 and alignment them also which cost 700 more. After few days of driving I noticed my car acting weird, it bounced a lot, the steering wheel is shaking and tires slipped very easy when changing land. I come back and ask them to check again cause my car wasn’t like this before but they said I had to come back to see the manager tomorrow cause they can’t do anything. I had to take day off at my work and come back the next day to talk to him. He said he would make sure everything is done right, but later he call and said he realize a part in my car is broken(WHICH was never pointed out when I got whole car check), and had to replace which cost 320 more. I was mad but have no choice so I let them do it. But the thing that make me more annoyed is NOTHING CHANGES, my car is still having the same problem. And now my brake is starting to making noise.Spend almost 1200$ and the results is making it worse. Don’t waste your time and money here.
