Cedric listen to my concerns for my vehicle issues and my reluctance to get the service done due to cost; Cedric then recommended the Firestone Credit card to ease my anxiety. I was then introduced to Demond who would be working on my vehicle and after my parts arrived He came to let me know my parts came in and and would get me out shortly. It's my first time here. Carmax recommended. Visited for an oil change. CB, checked the vehicle in. He's a very friendly person, this was an overall good interaction. He was just as nice to everyone who came in. Got here at 8:20 AM and was out by 9:40 AM. I have no complaints or anything Negative to state. ~Terry
