Best auto repair shop in Lilburn, Georgia (GA) 2024

Came here to buy 4 new tires. Saw the ones I liked online and came to the store but it turned out they were out of stock and had to buy the more expensive ones. At the service line, no one was there waiting and almost all the bays were empty but took almost 15 minutes for a guy to come to me to take my car in. Was promised a call when they finished the install but never got one. Took another 15-20 mins to bring me my old tires back as well since I wanted to keep them. Guy inside checked the tire pressures of all my tires on the other car I drove so that was pretty nice. ~Mohammad

Thanks Eddies Automotive. My car was cutting off and loosing power while I was driving. They ran diagnostic tests and detected it needed a new crank shaft sensor and a few other repairs. I’m baffled by the lack of honesty from this place. My boyfriend had took my BMW to have an oil change 2 weeks ago. Upon waiting he sat there for 7 minutes when they had let him know that they were finished. He was stunned because he had never had quick service like that. Upon bringing my car back to me I noticed the system in my car continued to say it needed oil. I ask my boyfriend again if he saw them change the oil. He explained how quick the service was and that he was asked to wait inside . I called them and spoke to a guy with a foreign accent . I continued to ask him about my servicing and he explained that I need to go on YouTube to reset my system because he doesn’t know how . He continued to tell me that I can do it myself by watching YouTube . I know how to reset my own system. I have done a reset a total of 3 times and my car still says it needs oil. I had took my car to 3 different lube places for them to refuse service for liability reasons which is completely understandable.. however, this has been a frustrating experience . Now my car is beginning to have several issues that was never there before. I’m beyond frustrated at the service and lack of honesty. I’m glad to know that others had a better experience. It's my first time here. Carmax recommended. Visited for an oil change. CB, checked the vehicle in. He's a very friendly person, this was an overall good interaction. He was just as nice to everyone who came in. Got here at 8:20 AM and was out by 9:40 AM. I have no complaints or anything Negative to state. ~Terry
