Best auto parts store in Lilburn, Georgia (GA) 2024

Came here to buy 4 new tires. Saw the ones I liked online and came to the store but it turned out they were out of stock and had to buy the more expensive ones. At the service line, no one was there waiting and almost all the bays were empty but took almost 15 minutes for a guy to come to me to take my car in. Was promised a call when they finished the install but never got one. Took another 15-20 mins to bring me my old tires back as well since I wanted to keep them. Guy inside checked the tire pressures of all my tires on the other car I drove so that was pretty nice. ~Mohammad

Normally have pleasant interactions at my local Oreilly. But not at this location. Stopped by at 9:30pm sign on door said they were open til 10:00pm and the neon “open” sign was lit. There appeared to a language barrier with the employee on the other side of the door. He just keep saying “two people, two people.” Whatever that meant. But didn’t open the door. ~Michael

I have gone to this location several times and they were very helpful and had no problem with changing a brake light or battery but tonight was the worst Pablo is what he said his name was; was very short with us and not helpful at all we needed one of our brake lights replaced and he said we don’t do that anymore; anything else is what he said as his way of telling me are you done. I will never go there again. I even called another autozone to see if that’s something they stopped and the lady who answered said that they still help. So of course I took it personally. Pablo needs to get trained on good customer service and empathy. ~Sonya
