Anytime I need to print something, I always go here and have never had any issues. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I went in with a simple book binding job that would only take 5-8 minutes and was told I'd have to come back tomorrow because they have big jobs they are working on. I used to work for office Depot and there used to be a policy that small jobs get immediate care and only large jobs have to leave the order. Not sure why this policy would change.

Called ahead to see if they had a charger. They said they did, so I made the trip. Slow to be served, wrong item recommended. Return process was also slow. Had to order from Amazon. Total waste of time.

Had to speak to John about customer service issue. The general manger was polite and helpful but the customer service I received from the print shop was horrible. John said he would handle the issue.

Kayla from the print and copy department is amazing! She is always so helpful, friendly, and professional. I truly hope you appreciate what a wonderful associate you have in her. I rely on her for my business needs and she never disappoints, her advice and ideas are always spot on!!

Wouldn't print a job as " had to go on line and do it" however, they have done in the past, hmm. Rest rooms broken half the time, health department ? Also Just purchased avery paper, realized package was open and a sheet was missing. 3 out of 3 bad experiences. Should of given 3 stars. Disappointed

Went to print and copy section and informed young lady behind the counter I've never done it before and I was looking for assistance, this rude individual proceeds to tell me in so many words... do it yourself! I cannot help you with anything outside of cashing out, thoroughly disappointed. Thank goodness there were other customers there that were able to give me some advice/information that employee literally gave me nothing but her attitude, such a sad display of customer service
